I have not watched it. Except for few scenes, there is not much flashback in this,

This is fake stuff supposed to portray fake fantasy. If dramas need to be realistic, what's the point of watching them 😂

But this has healthy mains as tag?

This drama was in contention of being a 10/10 for first 8 episodes. I didn't quite like the next episodes but the ending was back to business. Only major issue I had with this drama was the undeveloped second leads. The amount of screentime that restaurant lady got, could have been easily used on the second leads.

Slice of Life. People having their own problems and overcoming it

There's usual weak excuses of adults fucking things up. Nothing that we haven't seen before

There is no them in college even in that episode. It's just last 2 minutes conclusion

There's a classic Friends episode where Joey eats Rachel's infamous trifle, exclaiming, "Custard good, Jam good, meat gooood!" while Ross watches in utter bewilderment.

This drama is that English trifle. Some viewers will be like Ross, thinking, "Beef in a dessert?" Others will be like Joey, lamenting, "Only one layer of Jam?"

And I find myself embodying both Ross and Joey here. Like Joey, I acknowledge that individually, this drama has everything: leads good, school setting and character dynamics good, friendship good, visually good, music gooood. But then, like Ross, I'm left wondering: What was the point of this whole thing? It feels almost like a CCP training video designed to convey "shit happens, but family gooood."

Rewatch value of this is zero. Final rating: 7/10.

It is never about taking personal accountability of your own actions. She has no problem in being verbally abusive to her husband but suddenly it is all on him when she choose to go along with abandoning her daughter.

Do they have time to do this in drama? 6 episodes are left. Maybe they are just going for some open ending.

Do try First Frost

This is definitely not the drama that I expected. I was expecting atleast 50-50 split between kids story and some as college life.

They could have easily cut like 12 episodes and nothing important is lost.

The main couple were really good and bought genuine smile while watching them. They were good together. The drama is not that bad but I totally understand below 8 rating. This drama could have easily cut like 12 episodes and it would have been far more entertaining.

That family is same as hostel members from Strangers from Hell. Her parents are giving tough competition to First Frost mother 😁

Blending genres is fine but there needs to be some emotional consistency and tone to a drama. One minute people are dying clubbed to death and next minute people are passing off jokes. One minute a person like your mother is dying and next scene the guy is flirting with FL. Every episode has gotten repeatative. Big bad villian does some stuff, provokes the ML and the ML goes kingkong on the guy. Neither I am able to take ML seriously nor the villian. It's just caricature, troupey shit we have seen 1000 times before.

I really liked the first 4 episodes of this drama but unfortunately the story has gone nowhere.

Nearing half way mark and the drama has failed to choose a genre or tone for itself.

Does the drama want to be buddy cop? Does it want to be about second chance? Is it a crime story? Does it want to do romance? People are dying like flies and they are trying to infuse Marvel style humour in it. Villian is not working out and just seems a caricature. He is a good actor but this is not working for him. Shadowy organization bullshit can't be properly done now as too much time has been wasted with no story development. On the plus side, runtime of episode has reduced. Just indicates they are out of material.

Good boy is just turning out to be average boy. We still have 9 episodes with no real plot to drag

Not great. Not bad. Predictable story, ending with good acting by the cast.
