As generic a Kdrama as it can be. Don't think I want to watch the second episode. Going to wait for few more episodes to come out before deciding whether to continue or drop it. If you feed in contract marriage, childhood connection, childhood trauma, cheating dirtbag Ex to chatgpt and ask it to write a Kdrama, this is exactly what it would spit out.

Emperor is shit, MLs mother doesn't have functioning brain. Thinks she can take on a emperor like that. So Princess inherited the brain and prince got the sword from mother. Motivation of emperor amd MLs friend is hilarious. Atleast write proper background story for their actions.

I am dropping more dramas than watching them. I watched Coroner's diary but dropped it at 17th episode. Also dropped Shadow love, destiny brings demon, Wanted detective.

Prisoner of beauty, Legend of female general, Love of divine tree were good this year.

After Kunning palace and Blossom, finally I like another costume drama. Last few episodes have been boring, but I hope that this drama finishes strong

When I said I hope that the drama does not start inventing new plotlines, I got 2 page essay as response stating all plots are invented.

So, how does it feel like when the drama invents a dancer that nobody knows or interested in and spends 2 episodes over it? How does it feel like when the drama invents a love triangle which nobody wants to see? How does it feel watching leads like 5 minutes for 2 episodes?

This is what I call inventing non existent plotlines to fill the episode quota 😅
