Not a happy ending....

Don't read this, if you don't want to be spoiled!!!

This story doesn't end well, but I won't say it's a sad ending, meaning, I doubt it will make you cry. It's a interesting story, but I hate unhappy endings. It's like I wasted my time watching it, even though it was well made. Dilraba Dilmurat is the reason it's even worth watching. There are no innocent characters.

Don't read anymore if you don't want to be completely spoiled. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Dilraba Dilmurat did really good in this. She can play a girl who's so in love with a guy, that just hates her. She is happy, it's hard for me to believe anyone can be that happy, really good acting job Dilraba does. Every time the guy is just so mean so her, it's like he kicked a puppy. You feel so bad for her. You just don't understand why anyone could treat girl like that, when she is so nice to him, so clearly in love with him.

Dilraba Dilmurat's character is stabbed on her wedding day, and she's in a coma. A angel says she can be revived, or reincarnated if she can remember who stabbed her. She's a ghost, and she starts to look for who did it.

You get to see her get stabbed and you get to see the back of the guy who did it. I knew who it was from the start. We don't learn why to the very last episode.

Dilraba Dilmurat character loved a guy, but he was in love with someone else. She hired someone to take photos of his love. We don't really get to see the photo's. I honestly don't know if the photo's were legit or photoshopped, but when she confronted the girl with the photo's she didn't really react as if they were fake. Dilraba Dilmurat character was going to throw the pictures off the roof and show the school that she was fooling around with another guy, while dating her love. The girl tried to stop her, and she fell off the roof. Dilraba Dilmurat character didn't kill her, it was a accident, but she saw her cellphone, and wrote text message as a suicide note, as if she wrote it, and jumped off. If the girl was cheating on the guy, then she wasn't innocent.

The guy she loved found out a few months later how she died, and he believe that Dilraba Dilmurat's character killed her.

2 guys were using Dilraba Dilmurat's character to get revenge. Dilraba Dilmurat's character was mainly just a girl who was so in love with a boy, that she tried to scare off his girlfriend, and she accidently died. 1 guy was marrying her to get control of her father's company to ruin her family so they would end up with nothing, and the other wanted her dead, for the death of his love. Both of the guys made her love them in the end, and both of them betrayed her. 2 times after she was stabbed someone tried to kill her in the hospital.

Dilraba Dilmurat's character didn't kill the girl, though, if she hadn't tried to throw the pictures off the roof, the girl never would have fallen. Still, I'm not sure if she could have been charged for her death. It was a accident.

Dilraba Dilmurat did such a good job with her puppy love for this guy. It was so good, and the guy really made you hate him for kicking her over and over again. For 5 years she chased him, and he never showed any sign that he liked her. Yet it never stopped her trying. You had to respect the effort she put into it.

The guy that was trying to get her to fall in love with him, he pretended to be her friend the whole time as well.

Dilraba Dilmurat's character just wanted love, and she was basically innocent. You could say, that she got her revenge on them all in the end. So many lives destroyed, not a happy ending, but like I said, it was interesting.

Started good, then it just went down the wrong path.

This review is a bit of a rant. Some spoilers, so if you don't want that, don't read it. Also, I'm writing this from episode 28, and will finish the series before posting this review.

The show started good, and did many things really well, but all those things get overshadowed by the end story, and things that just didn't make sense.

Character Lu Si Cheng is my main problem. He did so many things at the end half of the series that just made no sense to me, and the way he treated Tong Yao by making her feel like she did something wrong just really ticked me off.

Also, how the storyline was blaming Tong Yao for what happened, instead of the girl that did it. How they made the internet seem to be calling to punish Tong Yao when she never said anything, or did anything wrong, just made no sense. I don't know why Tong Yao was still on the team, she was suppose to have to sit it out, and make a public apology, for something that was done against her, and she was going to be punished for it, yet, she was still on the team, with no explanation why, and none of the other members of the team found it odd. smh.

Then blaming Tong Yao for how others react to her, while she did nothing wrong, but defend herself, her team, and play professionally.

They were doing Esports really well in this series, then they had to throw in all this drama, and based it on things that just didn't hold water to me. So of the matches at the end were sort of pointless. Because of sudden lack of communication in strategy. This doesn't make any sense at all. They are suppose to be a professional team. Strategy is something that should have been drummed into them for each coming match. It was just frustrating to watch.

The animated fights were cool and all, but the fact that they didn't really bother telling you, who was who, it made is just about impossible to follow who was winning. You didn't know till after the fight was over. Hard to cheer on a character when you don't know which one is winning or losing. Jeez.

Ep. 28 is just full of bs drama. Lu Si Cheng character becomes really unlikeable to me. Tong Yao treats him like this big deal, but he so doesn't feel like he earned that. The whole episode they are trying to get your to feel for the characters, and it just feels to unearned, the whole thing falls flat.

I'm sure there will be a magically turn of events that will make everything right again in the next episode, but for me, the damage is done, and anything after this will feel unearned. I don't see myself watching this series again. What a waste of what was such a good show, all for needless drama sake. smh

Lu Si Cheng is suppose to be such a strong character, that can take anything, and then he crumbles over nothing. They made a mountain out of nothing. It's just so Irritating. The breakdown of his character makes no sense. He doesn't earn it at all. The drama was so badly done, it damage the whole series. smh

Jeez, the girl says she didn't mean it, of course she meant it, that's why she did it. To excuse her actions without her being seriously punished for it is just wrong, and the fact that her parents are trying to act like it was just a game, and not a serious issue tells you all you need to know, and why this girl thought she could do what she did. The girl didn't even try to give a heart felt apology. Wow, the Judgment for the crime is so weak. That's like a slap on the wrist. That's not going to discourage anyone from doing that in the future. smh.

Yup, Ep 29, everything is back to normal, and the team is working as a well oiled machine again. smh Of course I wouldn't want it any other way.

It ends well.

You probably could just skip episode 27, and on episode 28, jump till you see the police station. That would pretty much remove most of the problems.

I love this show!!!!

I love this show. Xu Lu is beautiful, and her performance was great. I love the whole Superstar falls in love with a normal guy plotline. You really do feel like she's a big star.

This show has a lot of rewatchability to it, and has a lot of great music.

The second male leads love story is really well done, though it started off pretty cringe, it slowly develops into something pretty special.

I've watched the show twice so far, and will being watching it again and again in the future.

I guess that main plot device is, how does a Superstar date a nobody, and how does public opinion effect their lives., and it made things rather interesting.

It's a mostly light hearted show, making it fun to watch, and has a few good love stories in it.

This is a good drama, with a strong female and man lead.

I see some reviews saying that the show is cliché, and using old things. I never understood people that disregard a whole show, just because it's used ideas that other shows have used in the past, like anything is really original anymore.

Xu Lu is beautiful, and she plays a strong, honest, and focused woman, trying to improve her skills in making clothes. Love Scenery is the only other show I've seen her in, and she is great in it. I just love her personality, and mannerisms.

I have to say though, that the photo of her on this site is bad. It's like a Glamour shot, and really does her a injustice.

Zhang Han was very good, and his smile really changes his appearance and personality. I saw him in Boss and Me, and he did great there as well.

There are many beautiful girls in this show, all with interesting personalities.

I'm still rather new to Asian Dramas. I've been watching anime for over 35 years. I really love how different asian shows are compared to American ones.

I watched Sunshine of My Life in about 3 days time. It never got boring to me. 45 episodes went by so fast.

I love how relationships were handled, and how they deal with love and unrequited love. Jealousy was a big issue, and motivated a lot of actions. Was interesting how people took what they saw, and twisted it to think the worse of someone who was actually very innocent.

This show is deeper than some people seem to understand. It explains why some people disliked it so much, and just thought it was boring. If your only skim through the surface of the content, and not put yourself into the shoes of the characters, and not think of it from their pov, you're missing the important part of the story.

So watch the show with a open mind, and look past the surface, and see between the lines. There is plenty to see there.

It's ok

Don't read this review, if you don't want to be spoiled.

Even though I'm a bit irritated by somethings that happened in the series so far, it hasn't made it a deal breaker for me. It's still worth watching. There are some interesting characters' in this. Firewolf, Pink Panther, and Devilfish is highly attractive. :) but so are Firewolf, and Pink Panther.

The training school kept acting like they were being fair, while not being fair. They didn't punish the bullies, but the one that stood up to the bullies. They punished for helping out another member, and then punished for not. They constantly talk about be a bodyguard, and punishing if you tried to protect a team member. Serious mix messages they were teaching.

She Monster was intentionally aggressive against Giant Bear. She was pulling no punches. She was beating the hell out of him, and was even trying to choke him out. She made it clear that she was a threat, so Giant Bear beat her down.

Giant Bear took down She Monster, which wasn't easy in anyway, and he failed??? Did he lose his cool a bit, sure, but She Monster is who crossed the line, she is the one that pushed him to that. The 2 girls in the other car were knocked out, yet the scored higher that Giant Bear, and they passed.

They literally created a enemy in the way they treated Giant Bear. They handled him all wrong. They trained him, and then seriously disrespected him, and She Monster wasn't punished. I imagine that will be seeing more of Giant Bear later in the series as a enemy.

So many bad decisions by the school.

Apparently, they didn't run background checks on all the students, seems a odd thing not to do, considering the kind of job they are doing. Just leaves them open to all kinds of surprises, Like...

They assign Stinger Bee a mission that she isn't a good match with, and are surprised that it didn't go well....

She Monster thinks being private, is the same as lying, which makes her a hypocrite, because any time she was asked a question about herself, she didn't answer, so in her book, she's a big fat liar! :)

She Monster attacks Giant Bear just because he doesn't want to talk to her. Really doesn't feel justified.

She then has a fight with his boss, and he easily handles her. Pretty impressive fight. We don't know anything about this guy yet, but I thought he would act more like a villain and show enjoyment for beating her, but he showed concern when she appeared really hurt. Wasn't expecting to see that emotion. Makes me wonder what's really going on. He wants revenge for some reason, but he doesn't appear to be blood thirsty, well, atleast in the moment. I was also surprised that She Monster didn't know who he was, but he also never said his name, so maybe she would recognize it, if she knew it.

I haven't said it, but Dilraba Dilmurat has been really good in this series. To go from You Are My Glory, and Love Designer, and the type of girl she was in those, to Hot Girl, and how she's such a badass here, is really a bit odd. She is so talented, and interesting to watch. Looks like I need to watch more shows with her in it.

Wow, DEC security sucks. I don't understand why they were using bodyguards as the only security. LHSD apparently only have 5 bodyguards, and they were just the interns a minute ago. Sort of makes LHSD rather weak. Bodyguards protect people, not buildings. If there are more than 5 people in LHSD, we never see them in action.

Jeez, the guy condemns them for relying on computers, when he does everything by hand, and has no backups of any kind. If he was using a computer he could easily have backups. Now all his work is gone, and he's acting like not using a computer is superior... smh

Man, this part of the story is so freaking weak.

White Shark is a idiot, and Giant Bear should be buried in the ground. Firewolf disables Giant Bear easily, while before she couldn't, makes no sense. Instead of getting the box back to safety, that sat around waiting on Giant Bear.... huh???

Giant Bear crossed a line that should never be crossed. People rarely change, so it's unlikely Giant Bear will.

Hmm, only a finger print scanner was needed for the box, but Wu Fei had his finger print.......

OMG, this makes no logical sense. Wu Fei wanting the box, after it was returned, a box he has no idea what's in it, and he's going to using a traitors life as leverage to get it makes no sense.

Wu Fei was shown to be the best fight in the series, and somehow, he wasn't able to handle Hasang, who is a much older guy.......

Hasang shot someone, yet he's saying he didn't do any crimes..... jeez.

The ending is weak.

Odd, They have the director, then 3 retired agents, and then 5 new agents, and for some reason, this makes them a big deal..... This doesn't really hold water for me.

Is this show worth watching sure, most of the actors could be models. If it wasn't for that, the show really wouldn't be that interesting.

The drama was too forced, and didn't make a lot of sense.

None of the characters die. This isn't a Romance drama, even when it has a bit in it, so don't watch it for that reason. There is some really good fighting in this, and the girls are highly attractive. You also learn that drinking, and gambling are very bad. Many cdrama's try to teach this lesson. :) Funny how doing either of these thing rarely end well.

For those looking for a serious show, but not too serious, most of this series will check that box for you. Many likeable characters.

I've finished the series, and I'll be lowering my rating. The series was interesting at the start, but they make some bad choices for drama's sake, and by the end, your sort of left shaking your head. It's a shame really, because they made some really interesting characters. Some really beautiful strong female characters, and story just doesn't support them. They tried to reach too far, and what they built, didn't support it.

Very good series

This series is about 2 people falling in love, and has little to do with esports.

The main characters are all very interesting. This is a very character driven show, with many interesting character moments. Which had me laughing out loud many times.

The ML and FL did a great job together.

The ML only had winning the championship on his mind, and that was it. He had no interest with women.

The FL falls in love with him at first sight.

Honestly, I watched the first episode, and didn't like it. I didn't like the ML. He's very antisocial, and wasn't really a fan of the FL lead either, because she seemed so young, and she was a bit cringe.

The ML looks much older than the FL, and in the series, they are supposedly 10 years apart from each other, but in real life, she's like 26, and he's 27, only 1 year apart. The FL really does a great job at looking, and acting young.

The FL apparently is highly intelligent, and is working on her Phd. in A. I. You would think that her skills in this, and the few programs she makes would be important, but they aren't, and if you blink, you'll miss them. Nothing at all comes from them.

The FL isn't part of the esport team. She is just the love interest of the ML.

I took a break from the show after the first episode, that's how much I didn't like it, and watched something else, then I came back to it, and watch episode 2, which completely sold me on the series, it was good.

The relationship between the ML and FL is basically the whole point of the series, and it's done very well. Everything was done well, and didn't really feel the need to skip anything.

The one issue I found fault with is the reason the ML had a fight with his team captain, and retired. I figured the captain cheated to win or something, because of how the ML reacted, and maybe he did, and they changed the reason later, I don't know. Though the ML is/was very antisocial, and I guess that might explain his overreaction. Not sure why the captain couldn't have had his family watch his kid, instead of retiring to take care of it. So, for me, this part of the story is a bit weak, but it's also not overly important to the show, because the esports in the series, and like background noise, for the building of the relationship between the ML and FL. So this negative, really doesn't matter to me.

There is some good music in this show as well.

And the show does end with a happy ending!

This a very good show, the 2 main characters do a great job falling in love. Sort of like Beauty and the Beast.

Episode 2 is where the show really starts to get interesting, episode 1 doesn't really do much. I'll have to watch episode 1 again to see if I like it better, now that I like the characters. :)

They build a pretty good world in this series, and it's a shame that it has to end. Oh, and the episodes went so fast. I kept coming to the end of a episode and saying, it's over already! :)

Not what I was expecting, but some great acting!

I saw some clips on Youtube and thought I knew what this show was going to be like, and I was wrong, well partly wrong.

Ko Moon Young is such a unique character, and if she wasn't so incredibly beautiful, it would be too, too easy to dislike her. She has such long beautiful hair, and beautiful eyes, and I think her waist actually got smaller near the end of the series, it was so tiny! She was always dressed really well. Ko Moon Young can act though, and go from no emotion, to great emotion.

Moon Gang Tae was basically the male version of Ko Moon Young. Wow, can he act! The guy could go from a face like a statue, to so emotional, that you could feel it.

Moon Sang Tae plays a character with Autism, and does such a great job of it. I thought he really had it. I really didn't care for the character in the beginning, and I think they meant for you not to really like him that much, but by the end, that changes.

I swear, I think everyone in the show can smile better than just about anyone else. Talk about changing the way someone looks with a smile. Just unreal!!!

This is a serious show. The focus is on the mind. The majority of it is with characters from a mental hospital. Every character has a interesting personality. The caregivers have the patience of Saints!

Pretty much every character has some serious mental baggage to deal with, and that's all the main characters as well.

There are many funny moments, but some very intense moments, and many moments that have you thinking. It's pretty deep, and they are really good at making characters. If you like reading between the lines, you can do it here, because they are that good with the acting.

If you're looking for a show that doesn't require tissues, then this one isn't for you.

It's quite a interesting show, but it might not be for everyone. This isn't fluff, this is a pretty serious story being told.

Would I rewatch it, maybe, a good way into the future. Just to see Ko Moon Young I might do it. :)

Title is a bit missleading.

When I went to watch this, I thought the girl was suppose to be as slow as a snail, but she looked faster than me.... I was a bit disappointed. ;)

I read some comments about her drawings, they made it seem childish, and like she did it a great deal, but that's not really the case, yes, she did make some drawings, but it didn't really take up much time in the series, but there was a point to them that was cool.

The ML was pretty awesome! Never seen him before, but he really did a good job. I'll have to see if there is anything else he was good in.

The FL was also very good. Very smart, and very calm.

The last part of the series for me was a bit of a drag, and started feeling like I wanted the series to come to a end. This might be more my problem, than the series though. I tend to put myself in the shoes of the characters, and I didn't really want to be there. :) Like I don't like the desert, so don't really like any show that's in the desert.

For at least 3/4 of the series I really enjoyed. It was the last 5 or 6 episodes that started to drag for me, and I started to fast forward through the boring parts.

There is some good fighting in this series. Also the ML is very smart, and he carried this whole show on his back. Without him, and it probably wouldn't be much good.

I think the ML is better than most of the American leads we have. I was very impressed by him.

Over all the show is worth watching. Especially the first 3/4's, and I think it's always good to know when going into a show, that it has a happy ending. I think shows that have unhappy endings, are insulting to the audience, and are just a waste of everyone's time.

This is a stress free, drama free story!

This was such a great show. No love triangles, and no villains. Just a stress free story, of 2 people falling in love at first hear.

The story is about a voice acting dubbing company. They really built this world, is just sort of sucks you in. You really feel the atmosphere of this world. The music is great, the singing, the Instrument playing, and voice acting is all very impressive.

The ML does such a good job of pulling off being the best at what he does, with zero ego about it. The FL seems so very innocent, and looks much younger than her real age. She has a good singing voice as well, though, I'm not sure if any of the actors sang their parts or not. It looked real enough to me.

Honestly, it amazes me, how good the acting was here. You felt like you were there, watching all this happen. You really got to feel for the characters. Something Incredibly hard to do, and it didn't even feel like they were doing it, it was just so well done.

First time I've seen a live dubbed play before. Didn't know that was even a thing. I feel like I went on a couple of vacations during this movie. Like I was there or something. smh They really did such a great job here.

I really didn't want the story to end. I wanted to spend more time with these characters. I honestly can't remember the last show I watch where I could say that. Truly impressive!

33 episodes, and pretty much everything is worth watching. I don't think I had to skip any parts for being boring. It was all pretty interesting, and entertaining.
