i think you misunderstood me a bit. i fully support her decision to go abroad. i totally get why she went and i got mad at soobin last episode. it’s just that the break up is really unnecessary if they get back eventually.

soobin wouldn’t be able to help her with her work while she’s abroad so why breaking up? after two years they would’ve been together and that happened eventually so why breaking up? why going back if you think breaking up is the best decision?

these things are just really annoying to see imo, especially during the last episode. it’s just written very poorly without any good reasons.

they’re already past 30, he worked hard and already achieved his dreams, what can he ask more than being with his loved one? so i don’t think it was unhealthy atp. oh and even if it was true what you said, the FL completely ruined it by pretending like nothing happened, like she never broke up when she came back. it was so weird???

she’s going abroad and he suggested to wait for her for 2 years and she didn’t agree to this, it’s ridiculous imo. i get that she doesn’t want to rely on him for his education and going abroad is not the issue, he would do anything but being a boyfriend.

i listen to the ost’s too!! multiple of them. our beloved summer is one of my fav dramas, i didn’t expect it to be that good ofc, but like you said it’s way better written. this drama had better potential imo

i think you completely lost your mind. i’ve NEVER in any comment said something like “men die for their loves, women can cheat on a men but a men can never, a women can waver but a man can never” are you hallucinating things???? for your information, i believe in equality. if the exact same thing would happen to the ML i would write the EXACT same comment.

THE ML never wanted to leave, the ML wanted to stop this, cause they never talked about such a sudden change. they planned to go together and she wanted to get him, rescue him. we’re now years later and i get that the ML wants the FL by his side, but you cannot mentally manipulate her into this, cause HE did study this and educated himself, making him worthy of where he is now. she don’t want to look small next to him and wants to study too. you can hate long distance shit, i get that, but hating on the FL for this is not making any sense. you’re not even trying to understand her.

if that’s what’s going to happen, it wasn’t a great and destined relationship for them. trying to force someone else by your side and never letting them go, manipulating them to stay by your side isn’t going to prevent anything. what if the ML will find someone else? are you gonna say the same thing? what if they break up if she’s staying? remember when the FL first started as a director, it was a horrible experience for her. having the ML by her side is making her looking like a corrupt who’s there because of her boyfriend. they worked it out, but this can be prevented by studying now. if they really love each other, they can both wait 2 years. if not, they weren’t ment to be for each other anyway.

and i’m a bit sad about the rushed episode will get tomorrow, i feels like we’re missing 2-4 episodes. i’m not even surprised or annoyed about her going abroad now the last episode, cause this is a very common thing in romcoms, but yea it’s still an unnecessary thing. the last episode won’t be a great episode but like i said, it’s a common problem.

i gasped at soobins blund selfishness 😭😭 he really isn’t getting her point of view at all, which baffles me. glad to see she chose herself over him, cause it would’ve been a big problem later in the future. i hope soobins perspective will change and i hope he can see where she is coming from. this would make a way more healthy relationship

i loved the polaroid of the ML with the ring! it was sooo cute

yea but i just loved the different situations they showed us, it gave the drama a deeper meaning. it was not just a regular drama, it made an impact on me! and eps 7 was really funny imo! i loved that they showed us an episode where they’re just regular high schoolers instead of smart kids who study all day long.

yea definitely not a 6 or a 7, at least an 8!! i agree with the sibling moments, i loved them so much! and not having swoonworthy moments in high school is not crazy imo, those kids were the best students with a lot of school work to do, they just had some time to make fun together. a good drama doesn’t equal to a lot of romance imo..

i think the romance was excellent. their relationship was beautiful, romance is not equal to swoonworthy moments. not every drama needs tons of these moments. i don’t know how people don’t see the romance in it?

i don’t get the hate of this drama actually, it’s way better than most dramas lately..
