So that's the case, previous explanation anyway can't work for LSS, because in that moment she doesn't know about trial and also doesn't 100% sure that XL is Gongye. Writers can easily add this to the plot, and all LSS actions will be explained for viewers. Because major part of them don't use MDL and can't read that explanation 😅

But in drama LSS doesn't know about that task, she also doesn't know that XL is GYJW. It's amazing to know many things from novel, but drama it's independent product.
