Agree, kill XL himself will be right decision. Actually whole that moment similar to Goodbye my Princess, where ML killed SML. But I feel there it was better execute, because ML really gone mad because of jealousy (and there were reasons for him, from his POV). This scene very tragic, but also heartbreakingly beautiful

Yep, I totally agree, but they really made TTJ almost perfect in drama, he kill only very horrible people who attacked him first, he not started war, he very wise ruler, he always try be fair, see all YBC schemes and so on, so its looks like almost every problem can be solved if YXW just talk to him
