Cdramas fans quit toxic (of course not all!!) compare to other countries, when people like one actress they can think about other one as competitor, as you see there ratings every day , which drama more popular, which CP, which characters. So many people purposely rate it very bad, they just want that particular actress no have any success. So usually all dramas with popular actress/actors has mass down voting
