I never tired read comments about him ! Everything about him and his relationship with XY so poetic and interesting, even after one year I find more interesting details and observations🤩
I think some people can find XL fans very annoying, because how we passionate about him🤣
But for me his character extraordinary, he feels very relatable, I can understand his feelings on emotional level and see him almost as real person compare to all other characters
His loneliness, his loyalty, the fact that he has no one who actually care about him (I not considered XY, because for me XY not someone who able really love anyone)
Moments like when they silently watched moon at the river, or parallels when XY has drunk parties with Jing, and we see how XL always alone fighting in the dark, everything about him very poetic, and it's director choice, with music , lightening, his deep voice, with how they talk with XY using allegories instead direct words, it's deeply touched me, and people similar to me. Thats why watching him have such tragic end extremely sad and depressing, I think all people who love him as me , will understand what I mean, if not , I can see why people over fixating on first episodes and can't see the forest for the trees.
