The awarding ceremony event happened in a hotel. His majesty had requested Ian to be there because he was scared alone, hence Ian ended up going to the venue which is that hotel. Hui Ju was also there and won the beauty award, along with the trophy a free stay in that hotel was also included in her prize.
So basically, Ian's assistant booked a room at the same hotel Hui Ju won a free stay for. Ian couldn't leave anymore because he was feeling so sick so their only option was that venue itself since they were already there. Hui Ju ended up in Ian's hotel room because it just so happens the room Ian was in, is also on the same floor level. Ian's assistant saw Hui Ju by chance on the hallway and asked for her help. When we finally get a good romcom after a long time, everyone be hating on it left and right and not giving the chance for the story to warm up to them. I also don't get the hate for the cringe or cliche plots because it doesn't make sense to call a drama romcom without these elements.
Right!! we finally got a contract couple who got married before the ending! before it was always contract marriage then wedding at the ending of the drama...PC served!

Even reviews can't accurately be trusted, tbh it's one of the things that MDL should change in their system. Some people write reviews when they barely even watched half of the show which makes it not that trustworthy.
I rewatched whole episode 7 again as soon as I woke up. This episode is so beautiful as well! Like I lost count of how many favorite scenes I love. Their wedding was so gorgeous!! hands down. The prettiest wedding in kdrama ever minus the last few moments. I am so excited for tonights episode.

I totally relate to you. I loved Lovely Runner but after having been introduced to Perfect Crown, I feel that I preferred this a lot more. No hate on BWS previous partner, but gotta admit that his strongest chemistry so far is with IU.
