I think most of the dramas which show the first love coming back in the middle of the dramas have the same plot. They just don't portray it that emotionally because the main story is with sb else and the other person has comoletely moved on or you feel like the ex is a jerk 😭 I remember "love next door" and "if you wish upon me" had this trope
there were some bullying rumors around her back then and her last project also got delayed alot for the same reason. i wasnt following the news at the time so im not really sure if the rumors were true or not
