Why did I sit here and think it was a 40-episode show.. Damn it. So we're almost reaching the end soon. OH MY GOSH!!! I just need a happy ending for this and make Ya Ke and Yu Jing Xiu suffer the most..

You also kinda missed the part where i LITERALLY said, "if they weren't that PATRIARCHAL at that time, the women would've been the ones standing in those positions serving the king."

I still can't believe that the only time YJX realised FTY is a remarkable woman was when she saved him. 😂😂😭😭 Like, if you told me he would fall in love In the earlier episodes, I would've laughed because he despised FTY so much as she's the very symbol of his mother's power towards him..

a near death experience, and then falling In love, what a fucking low creature. 😂😂

the show literally started with the grandmother running the family.. that's still a woman who schemes to get what she wants (even at the expense of another woman) and what she wants to protect.. if not for that grandmother and her schemes, the whole family will be nothing but nobodies.. Heck even FTY's father is nothing without the grandma. 🤷

You can really see in this drama how despite men having the "positions" it was always a WOMAN who put them in those places..

heck if there wasn't any limitations and if they weren't that PATRIARCHAL at that time, the women would've been the ones standing in those positions serving the king.

like, everyone even the villainous women (except Ya Ke coz she stupid af) are so smart that you couldn't hate them at all. they all THINK and execute their movements well in this political situation.. They know how to place themselves behind the scenes to orchestrate POWER

sanniang is funny. she acts like a secondary wife to Zhao Ling and she scolds him. Despite ZL having status and power greater than before, she and Tingyun keeps him grounded. 😂😂😂

I know Sanniang doesn't even care about ZL's position because to her, Tingyun is someone who she cares about more and they (the 3 of them) have been through life and death together so they stand as equals.

I am not really liking YU JING XIU's stares at Fu Ting Yun. You motherfucker almost caused her to die!!! YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHTS TO FALL IN LOVE!!! GET AWAY FROM HER!!

I pity Lady Zou sometimes because I know she cares to some of the women in their little educational house right there (as evident with how she doesnt want her maid to be in a man's business doing things exactly like she does because she knows they shouldn't stoop in that same low level like her) but at the same time, she fuels my hatred towards her as well because why the fuck are you putting all the blame of your wretched life to a young woman instead of just killing that grandma who made your life miserable?

I personally think Brother was still alive in that scene. he was shot in the legs and in the shoulder which were not vital areas to shoot someone with the goal of killing.

he however probably fainted since he'd been shot In those areas and the pain he feels was too much. Q also didn't shoot him further because she was shooting the wall which was in a way, to trigger Jian because as she said, Jian had that look in her eyes just like hers when she was young and her father was killed right Infront of her eyes..

anyway, I love this show so much! I don't hope for a 3rd season anymore. I do hope to see Dongwook and Hyejun work again for a similar series genre.. I'm so thankful I randomly saw the part 1 last week and watched it without any expectations so I got to see part 1 and part 2 in just a couple of weeks..

just really sad for Pasin but he had his betrayal though it was understandable.. As for Brother who I assumed have fainted and just eventually died because of the fire and explosion, I was literally hoping that wasn't the case at all but well, here we are. I also feel sorry to the other team member of them who was supposed to press the bomb button but got stabbed instead.. Overall, such good characters that were gone. :(

my heart aches for Tingyun.. Enxi is such a great actress and I'm so glad that she paired up with Ding Yuxi again..

the guy will not think twice into stabbing and gunning you down but man is afraid of his niece. asdfghjkl.

Jin is kinda good at making people pissed off though? Bale was a straight forward type of villain.. He's more of the I'll get it done and I'll kill him while Jin is a strategist.. She's the I'll make you suffer first before I kill you villain.

this show just manages to put me on full rage. damn it.

I didn't realized Pasin's actor was actually Korean and not a Thai actor in Korea..

anyway, I just feel like for someone who's line of work is assassination or delivering weapons, one shouldn't even have a family.. one should be an orphan or better yet with immediate families already dead because family will be your weakness... just like how Atti is Pasin's weakness or Jian is Jinman's weakness..

one should just be a lone soldier with nothing to lose in order to actually be successful in this line of work..

I know these things are not a work of fiction because there are entirely worlds out there like this that we just don't notice..

Fu Zhi and Zhi Shu are so cute man.. praying Zhi Shu isn't some pawn or evil in this political circus they have going on because I'd like for these cuties to have a good side story just like the side story for Blossoms of Power of Bu Lin and Jin Bai. 😭😭😭 I'm rooting for them so hard.

He's just really label-less at this point of his life. hahaha. Or he'd be called the consort of the Queen Dowager (though dowager means widowed, she's still technically widowed since people outside the palace doesnt know the former crown prince is still alive)

okay, I'm so glad I watched this drama even when I didn't like the 1st few episodes..

THE STORY? PHENOMENAL? MENG ZIYI??? INCREDIBLY GOOD (especially when she cried so much).. The villains in this story??? also well done..

and most importantly, for me, I loved the sisterhood between Xihe and Bu Shu lin..

next to that is the love I have for Bu Shu Lin and Cui Jin Bai as a couple..

I just think it's funny that Jin Bai is so incredibly healthy that he has such good swimmers. imagine having accidental sex and getting Shulin pregnant right away.. with not only 1 kid but TWINS!!! he has swimmers. damn. 😂😂 I do think it's a shame that he didn't enjoy his sexual desires that much because Shulin got pregnant immediately but I know the guy's just down bad for her so, it's a win for him anyway.. I do think Shulin being a mom and imposing that she wants the twins to be 1 scholar and 1 warrior is too much. like at least let the kids live longer and ask what they want to do in life..

man.. when will I see Shulin and Jinbai again??? I miss them so much!

yeah, I know they're just secondary characters but I was just really hoping for At least a 5 minute screen time for them in all these episodes.
