love to see him as a lead in a BL now that he’s not 16/17 and that he’s really improved in his acting - also since writing and production in BLs is so much better than it was in the Make It Right days.
I’m a person who needs to know how a love triangle ends - that’s why I watch Kdramas - they very rarely stray from the male lead ends up with the girl and second male lead doesn’t format. But this doesn’t have that format at all, so I think I’m going to wait until it’s finished airing and binge it. I can’t go through the anxiety of Light On Me again - each week worried Shin Woo wouldn’t be chosen!
I’m agreeing so much about the chemistry - it’s so natural - their back and forth is 10/10 - I’d love to see the leads in a longer drama together because 4 episodes will not be enough of their interactions for me!
I’ve only just realised this has a seriously good director! I only noticed after I saw his incredible trailer for Brights film yesterday. He’s got such a unique style that I love. I’m so determined not to be excited for this drama, but I keep learning new things about it that are catching my interest!
Okay! that’s it! I’m going to stop all my nitpicking and negativity, because I just watched episode 3 and it was perfect! I apologise for my reaction after episode 1 because I have been reformed and am full on Between Us trash now! I should’ve known that if you give me such good chemistry I’ll eventually love it!
Do you mean because of Our Skyy? Because that's for Fish Upon the Sky. Or did they announce a separate special…
I know! I’m not prepared for one of them to die, but they keep hinting that’s what’s going to happen! but Our Skyy has given me hope, not much but a little!

oh, really? I thought the MC asked if it was Fish Upon the Sky but Phuwin revealed it to be Never Let Me Go instead. That’s why their outfits in the promo for Our Skyy are the ones on the Never Let Me Go book cover and in NLMG trailer - if it was Fish Upon the Sky theyd be in white doctors coats I’d think
I love that we haven’t even got the trailer to this series, but we already know we will be getting a special episode afterwards! I still won’t be tricked into this meaning they will definitely both survive!!!
This is such a weird pairing that I was certain I would give this a miss, but I think I forgot how big of a Gawin fan I am - because I saw one photo and completely changed my mind. I’ll watch Gawan in anything.
yay! I was so sad that Jimmy and Tommy were no longer a part of this, but Tutor and Yim were one of my favourite side couples of 2022 and I’ve been waiting and hoping they’d get another series, but I wasn’t expecting them to be the leads of this! so happy that it’s them! brilliant choice!
I actually enjoyed myself during episode 1. The humour is stupid humour but I still found it genuinely funny. Also I was really impressed with Tar - he’s playing such an strange role -definitely not like anything I’ve ever seen - including a singing and dancing number in ep1 - but he shone in every scene, making it clear his character appears bad but there is more going on under the surface. Bom had an easier job but I feel he struggled - his energy is at 100 the entire time and I just want him to bring it down for the scenes he doesn’t need that - I think he will do well with the cuter scenes later on - so I have hope. I had quite low expectations so it’s definitely better than I was expecting.
I didn’t know everyone hates the Kingdom of Love setting - that’s had some of the most fun later scenes of the drama to me. Also I’m eating up all of these John Jang and Park Ji Wan crumbs. John Jang has unexpectedly had the best and most complete arc of any character (I started hating him, but now he’s one of the most fun and hilarious characters to watch). And I hate how the writers have treated Park Ji Wans SA storyline and I want her to get some sort of happy ending and I feel with their chemistry I really want it to be with them together!
episode 7 destroyed me, but (unlike most people) it completely made sense to me. I can definitely relate to certain aspects of Mamoru’s character and it’s so painful seeing him like this. Since I started watching more bl and non bl jdramas I’ve come to the conclusion that (in my opinion) jdramas are the kings of character building! I never get as easily as obsessed with and attached to characters like I do with jdramas!
I just realised Ko Cham Bin was one of the comedic friends in Love Revolution, he was so goofy in that series and looked like such a baby-he looks so different 2yrs later!
wow! I has laughing so hard at the start of episode 5, but then started crying towards the end. This was meant to be my sweet comfort show, but I should’ve known these series always end up becoming sad!
I want to watch this because I love so much of the cast, but knowing it’s coming from Takashi Miike gives me the fear, because he’s made so much of the most horrific stuff I’ve ever tried to watch.
I think I’ve come to a conclusion on my feelings for this drama. Personally I feel like the chemistry between Rain and Payu was beyond incredible, their scenes felt so natural, scenes with the 2 of them are pretty much unbeatable and it elevated their storyline vastly, which was messy and really didn’t make much sense. But I feel like Pai and Sky had a pretty regular amount of chemistry, not non-existent but just a basic amount and I feel like Fort was amazing in the emotional scenes and Peat was better in the comedic scenes, but their story made so much more sense and was much more cohesive. So I feel like I should be more of a Pai and Sky fan, but Payu/Rain have the best chemistry I’ve seen in any series of this year and so because it’s so good I prefer their story, but I do think technically the second is better. I would love to see both couples get their own full length series because I feel we were robbed with them only getting half each!
