Title Mousetrap
anyone who's read the webtoon, is there more to the trailer? shocking twists, more action, etc?
Didn't read the webtoon but the summary in Discussion above, and basically the teaser did not spoil any twist at all.

They only showed random snippets of present-day setting but there is so much more to that, then there is the school setting then even more in past....

LONG STORY SHORT
there are 3 timelines in this show and we only saw a handful of 1 timeline.

You keep acting as though "not guilty" means "it definitely didn't happen," and that's simply not what a not-guilty verdict means. It means the prosecution failed to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Those are not the same thing.

You also dismissed my example as "one exception," but that's exactly the point: if even one proven miscarriage of justice exists, then your claim that a verdict is the final word on objective truth falls apart. Courts are legal institutions, not omniscient ones. They're made up of people, and people make mistakes, overlook evidence, misjudge witnesses, or operate within systems that are imperfect.

Reminding some of you bozos that Kim Soo-Hyun was found not-guilty :) Please be respectful.
"KSH was found not guilty." Yeah, by the same law system that fined the mother of a rape-victim (by 12 men, 7 of them are still in the entertainment business) for defamation after her whole family died because of them.

Oh yeah:::::

https://www.thestar.com.my/aseanplus/aseanplus-news/2026/01/07/petition-seeks-to-reopen-rape-death-case-of-former-south-korean-actress

The case refers to the tragic 2004 auxiliary/supporting actress gang rape incident in Seoul and the subsequent legal battle fought by the victim's mother, Jang Yeon-rok. Under South Korea's strict defamation laws, truth can still be legally classified as defamation if statements damage a person's social reputation, leaving victims and their families vulnerable to counter-suits.

A 34-year-old female graduate student working part-time as a bit-part actress/extra was gang-raped by 4 men and sexually harassed by 8 others (12 total individuals) associated with a broadcasting station casting company.

Due to intense psychological trauma, victim-blaming, and severe pressure during the police investigation, the victim dropped the criminal charges in July 2005, legally halting criminal prosecution.

Overwhelmed by depression and the fallout of the failed justice process, the victim died by suicide in 2009. Within a month, her younger sister who had been pushed into the industry and suffered secondary trauma also took her own life. Their father subsequently died from a brain hemorrhage brought on by the shock.

When the mother, Jang Yeon-rok, later campaigned publicly and named the individuals responsible, one of the suspects filed a defamation suit against her. While the court eventually ruled in favor of the mother and did not penalize her with a crippling fine in that specific instance, the presiding judge explicitly noted deep frustration at the "disastrous failure of the state system" that amplified the family's agony.

"KSH is totally proven innocent." Yeah, by the same law system that fined the mother of a rape-victim (by 12 men, 7 of them are still in the entertainment business) for defamation after her whole family died because of them.

From what I've read, the webtoon portrays a female teacher as vile for teaching students about feminism and the…
this info is actually wrong 100%

In the teacher arc, the teacher get slapped not because she is a feminist but because she think only her opinion is absolute correct and others' opinions are wrong and any student who questions her beliefs, she made sure that student get isolated and bullied by other kids.

The other arc you are talking about is where the black boy first bully a Korean boy using so many racist words so the 2ML say the n-word to him to show him how it feels. It's just as same as other arc - eye for an eye - violence for violence, defamation for that girl who enjoys defaming ppl, mom forced to live as her son's harsh daily routine and meal prep that created for him etc
People went gaga that Daniel said N-word to that boy but never did anyone address how that boy was bullying the Korean student. Also, this was only 1 chapter and each arc consist of at least 10 chapters, so it's wrong to accuse writer as racist without even knowing how this arc even ends imho (and if we follow other arcs, it wouldn't have showed racism as right method10000000%)

Anyway, this is my opinion after reading these said chapters from webtoon and discussion in comments and unbiased forums, and you can disagree with it if you want as you have already made an opinion about the writer solely by reading other ppl's words...

It's a dish right?? Because the other top reviewer also used cooking related terms in their review (which they have now edited out it seems) hahaha they don't even try to be discreet

I honestly liked this drama despite negative reviews. I think it's funny seeing how many ppl thought the 5/10…
The person with 5 rating had rated it 7 in beginning, but some people harassed her so much for 2 whole years, ppl who just can't digest that someone can have a different opinion, ppl who sent horrible hates from multiple alts without giving any counter arguements... she got so much mentally disturbed that she rated it down to 5 cuz of behavior of these ppl :((

also, she has hundreds of alts herself, her helpful count was reduced from 1100 to 600 after someone asked admin to look for this user, but she later created more alts and now its back at 1100+
