A love so beautiful was a great love story. I loved the storyline and how it flowed, It wasn't rushed and it wasn't too slow it was perfect. I usually don't like high school centered dramas and when I found out that this story focused a lot of time in High school I almost didn't watch. However, The cast is awesome, great chemistry. I was drawn in throughout the storyline I didn't even know who to root for the second lead was as mature, sweet and handsome as the main lead. I hated how the mother kind of disliked the second lead because of his "dark skin" but it wasn't a big deal and didn't overshadow the show at all it was just something that bugged me personally because I thought he was a cutie. I love how the show didn't waste time on trivial things other shows would be the main character failed her college entrance exam and had to retake the exam instead of focusing on that for 5 episodes the audience got a condensed episode of study scene and college life which was great because it cuts out the filler episodes and leaves room for more productive content. Overall great show, great cast, and storyline.

Lovable characters —lackluster story

I finally finished love next-door and I had high hopes for this one and unfortunately it disappointed me. I’m sorry please don’t hate me but I think I’m only gonna rate it a 6.5-7 out of 10.

The storyline was dry. I felt like they could’ve done a lot more with the characters. The only saving grace was the second couple and the writers didn’t even flesh that out as much as they could’ve. The finale was completely drawn out for no reason because it was very anti-climatic.

Don’t get me wrong this story had some
Lovable characters (Dan Ho, Mo- Eum, yeon du, the lavenders, the dad 🥹) it’s just the story could’ve been better.

I'm on episode 10/16 and I'm pushing myself to keep watching because I love all the character except for the female lead. Is it me or does it feel like everyone else has more lines than the female lead? When she talks she doesn't say much, she's always lost and has very low self- esteem even after the surgery, I would like for here to speak up more and be more outgoing. Her character makes the show drag on because she literally drags on I was looking for a Romantic drama and I guess you can call this that but again the female lead really throws things off with this show she is so clueless. I just wish the storyline for the female lead was written better. I LOVED the music featured in the show and how progressive the show was for women in general. I enjoyed the female lead was going to school for chemistry and wanted to be a perfumer which was different. I'm going to keep watching because I'm still trying to find the overall kick with this show I haven't found it yet

I'm not sure why it took me so long to write a review, this was my first c-drama EVER and I instantly fell in love. The characters and storyline were amazing if you haven't seen it yet WATCH IT NOW add it to your to be watched list but whatever you do WATCH THIS SHOW I promise you won't regret it. I'm a huge romance fan so I loved how the male lead really had to work for the females leads affection. I enjoyed how possessive the male lead was towards the female character I think it played out well. I've never seen any of the other versions so I don't have much to go off of but to me, I love how this. I would love for them to do a second season but I think this is it ( Sad Face)

Enjoyable little demon

I was going back and forth on rating this an 7.5 or 8 but I'm going to stick with the 7.5. I enjoyed the romance of this drama so much. I'm a hopeless romantic so I don't mind the cliche cringy stuff but in my opinion, this drama didn't have any cringy behavior between the leads. I wish this story would focus more on the romance and a little less on the psychotic family craziness. The family drama, the multiple deaths, and the light thriller aspect brought this drama down for me. I also didn't like the female lead decisions, in the beginning, she was shown as this badass CEO but once the heat got hot she gave up her inheritance because she wanted a quiet life.????

I don't know why she thought if she gave everything up the threats to her life would stop. I wish I could've seen the demon be more of a demon and make more deals for the benefit of the story but the writers didn't think that far. The writers were extremely lazy toward the end when they had the FL take a bullet for an immortal that would've survived without the serious consequences caused by her actions. However, the writers needed that one last push so all thought went out the window.

The romance and chemistry between the leads are what kept me interested. The ML is also very attractive which also kept my attention lol.
