Though i have never read the novel, i do realise the characters in the show come off way lighter than their original form in the novel. Though the cast has done a great job so far, giving it a solid 8. I donno about the physician though
I personally understand the issue of his character and principles him refusing to kill li yiyang after like 2 instances i.e at the beginning after li yiyang arranged an assassination and the 2nd time when the ml was arrested . This makes the ml seem very unwise as in come on would you forgive some one who run you over with a car, shot youand starved in prison. It is just not serious of him and what am personally saying is that am disappointed. On ep 10 now .

1. All problems would have been solved earlier if the ml just killed li yiang earlier on, and seriously is he weak or strong cause that li yiang guy is able to fight against him, yet he is just human, it os so annoying. 2. On ep 9 and all the ml does is threaten, everyone is saying it is a nice drama but is kinda mid especially with all the chinese regulations so the vampire isn't vampiring to me😔😅😅. 3. All in all am watching for the fl, i just like her in this drama, maybe it's the eyes🤣. 4. Another issue is many seeing chemistry which makes me doubt if we are watching the same drama. The ml looks old to me so am just not seeing the chemistry. Dropping my rating to 7.5 may improve later on.
4 dramas have aired today . 1 korean, 3 chinese have finished the 1st 2 eps of the korean and now going for the chinese namely as husband as wife, you are my secret( miles wei❤️❤️❤️) and this one. Going to be a busy night😅😅😂
