ah no i totally get the whole fantasy shit not being someones thing. it appeals to me but i know its not for everyone. i personally also dont think ANY of the fantasy aspect is dark either it was just the obsession in that particular part for me it couldve been any time period with no fantasy and i wouldve thought it was dark bc i see obsession as something very real and possible. that is more dark than fantasy imo.
