I think hes not going to fall in love with a nice and hardworking person in his own company. He probably has other workers like that too. I think it was to highlight shes a caricature. I hated that dress too but I actually liked her bling bling rainbow dress.
Her lipstick was also too red and it was drawn beyond her natural lip outline. So she had these huge pouty lips all the time. Hahahah 🤣

I suspect she gets some pre stored knowledge from the personas she turns into. From the scene where TQ was going through SMs used cosmetics, it showed her using them on herself. Of course this may also be totally fabricated by TQs mind and she actually had a make up artist doing her makeup.
