I think its common agreement the second half didnt deliver as well and hence the ratings start to reflect the overall sentiment. Also the ones who voted first are usually the fans, giving the highest scores. Then the general viewers come in and give it more neutral scores. Nevertheless, 9.1 is already amazing!
