He didn't saved the man's life... HE just bought more time bc if he cant sell the shoes, the man is going to be killed anyway and Tae Phoon is going to lose his eyes. And them is his mother and FL that are going to be traumatized and will have to take care of him

FL hasn't lost a lot bc from the begin she didn't have anything to lose... Even after ML lost everything, he still had more than FL...

Also, FL grow up in misery taking care of her family. Empath and caring about other wasn't a luxury she could have bc she needed to keep herself and her family alive. All those years before the crise, while ML as partying the FL was working, studying and taking care of her family. From the scene on the second episode it was already clear that for FL survival comes first...

If the business goes down and she cant find a job fast enough her family won't have food. Her younger sister has only her beauty to find a job and was already harassed while working. Her younger brother is to young to take care of himself and grandmother is senil, what is going to happen to them if FL can't take care of them?

FL has already to much to deal. Call her apathic bc she can't care about somebody else while she is giving everything she has just to survive and keep her family alive shows a complete lack of empath...

FL is risking ALL HER FAMILY LIFE by following ML

And his father doesn't seems to have ever really cared about him... But I love how he treats his mother, he really cares about her

Ming Yi fighting for her life and Ji Bo Zai playing love games.... I want to hit him! jBZ need to decide, or hes 100% committed to MY or he needs to let her go

I totally understand him too... The trailer advertised this dramas as a heavy story full os betray and no trust. But the fist episodes were so funny and cute and cute that I thought the trailers were just misleading. Not that the angst started, I want to cry hahahah I wasn't ready for that.... But I think that the miscommunication actually make really sense in this drama vc of the background story os both leads

Ming Yi proved many times that her feelings for him were true:

- The pont for the marriage
- The spell of truth
- The love array

She has always helped him.amd she never ever did anything to harm innocent people. He should know that she is a descent person.

All this being said, couldn't him for a moment think that if she was stealing the golden thing she could have a very good reason? That maybe instead of attacking her he should try to listening to her?

All Ming Yi actions had good intentions. She is a person that prefers to die than to put the life the people she loves on risk. We can see this from the way she protected 27, her friend and even Ji Bo Zai. If people stopped to judged her and try to understand how she really is they ll realize that being how she is she just could act the way she did. If she was another person, maybe she could had acted different but she is how she is and she is a well done character

Ji Bo Zai has always putted his revenge and devotion to his master before anything else. Being a warrior for another realm was a valid reason for Ming Yi to be afraid to tell the truth. Ji Bo Zai knew she was hiding something and was conflicted. Why instead of attacking he didn't reassured her that they could find a solution together?

Unpopular opinion: I'm 100% on Ming Yi's side. Don't take me wrong, I love Ji Bo Zai but I can totally see why Ming Yi acted the way she did. Now I'm liking Situ more than ever, I'm more fan of this incondicional love that doesn't ask nothing in return but the happiness of the loved one

He said he didn't care about he truth or her past, but in the ended he cared about it... And she said she loved him under the that spell od truth but hi didnt took it in consideration... I don't think he trusted her that much to accept the truth, he would still think that she approached him with bad intentions.
I think that this is why I loves The Double, the MC never asked for the truth and just trusted each other

I agree.. I have seen some quit nice jdramas as Glass Hearted, Alice in Borderland and Marry My Husbd. But I find it hard to find really good and interesting jdramas, most of them fell some steps behind cdramas, kdramas and other Asians dramas in general

Yes, that's why I said that it's "recommended" to do a maximum of 40 episodes instead of its "obligatory". As I know, longer dramas can be approved but it's going to be harder

Love the show, but Tae Phoon's mom is really annoying me! She is an adult, she should be help him! But she is just lost put all the responsibility on him... He shouldn't been baring all the responsibility to find a solution alone

Chine dramas finish in less than one month, they normally release 2 episodes per day. Also, c-dramas episodes are 40min long while k-dramas are 60min or more. So in the end, that doesn't make much difference watch two cdrama episodes or one kdrama episode in a day - in question of time. And bc cdrama are release daily, the story progression is faster bc we don't have to wait one week for the next episode.

And most cdramas just have one season and the Chinese government recommend that dramas have at maximum 40 episodes (more episodes can be hard to be approved). So.... its actually more easier to finish a o going cdrama than an ongoing kdrama

I think is a question of taste. I was counting the days for Fated Hearts (I even read the novel) and started as soon it was released but just dropped it after a couple episodes. I only started to watch this BC I didn't liked Fated Hearts and wanted something to watch. Now I'm loving this!
The plot isn't that refined but the main couple and second couple are carrying the drama, and the villain is also kind of charismatic
