You said in your original comment, and I quote "I might've made a mistake because only some of the episodes have english subtitles". The conversations in this drama were massively important to the audience's understanding of what's happening, especially towards the end so if you missed those you have no idea what's happening and I can prove it. Ma Xiao Yu's character woke up from his coma pretending to have the soul of his older brother inside him. He's acting like he's the husband of his sister-in-law, which is why she loves him. She believes that her husband's soul is inside of her brother-in-law. She does not love or have feelings for Hao Xi at all, she thinks he's her husband. That's what happened, which is why it's not her fault and her character isn't horrible. Ma Xiao Yu's character, the brother, is at fault for the entire relationship because he's manipulating her into believing what he wants her to so that he can be with her, even though that means he has to live as his older brother for the rest of his life.
That is what truly happened, and I know that because I watched it fully subbed : )

If you know the character names just add them to the cast list. I typically use one of the drama videos on youtube and then I add the Timestamps for when the characters first appear, which always has their name on the screen, as my source : )

I'm going to try to say this as nicely as I can because I really mean no offense. When you say in your review/comment that you might have made a mistake because not all the episodes you watched had subtitles, you really DID make a mistake and the story is not at all how you thought it was. I would strongly encourage you to watch the fully subbed drama in the link below and correct your thoughts on the drama because your comments might be putting people off from watching it and that's not fair. Especially since you really didn't understand what was happening in the drama.
