Yes, Baek Ho is definitely the First Man since they're showing him in the end of each episode with the dramas logo... Your view is quite interesting tbh but I don't really think he'll become a villain... I also don't see Jang Mi marrying Jun Ho especially if she takes Seo Rin's place because it will just be super complicated knowing who Jun Ho really is.
There's the route of Baek Ho not having any depth and he's just going to help Jang Mi in her revenge because he's devoted (which I hope not. sure we love devoted male characters but not to this point and i don't want his only plot point to he JANG MI JANG MI JANG MI.)
The other route is him loosing someone close to him because of Hwa Yeong although it also seems very unlikely but I think his mother????
