The ending was bittersweet. I'm okay with it tho, not happy nor sad. I'm just glad they are all alive and got the revenge all of them deserved. Of course my most perfect ending would be So Bong and Cheoljong but in a very risky storyline like this this ending was the best outcome they could come up with, unfortunately..

I'm just a little sad that we (as Bong Hwan) grew fond of the royal baby and we didn't even see a glimpse of a pregnant belly but oh well.

For my own sake I am going to delete this ending from my memory and replace it with the enterity of The Bamboo Forest episode 2 instead eheh

I'm so curious to see how they will follow the romance between the Queen and King and to see what is gonna happen to Bong Hwan as well in the future or if he will really stay in the Joseon era. I'm just too curious for everything regarding to this show that is so damn good!

I never watched a drama that made me cry this much and the fact that I could relate with many of their sorrows...
I can't get over how good it is. It's truly a masterpiece in my watchlist!
