It was sad but not angsty. The only character you will feel bad for is the male lead as you know he has a limited lifespan because of his head injury. This sad vibe actually helped me loving this drama more. But I wouldn't call it a heavy drama. Everyone was busy plotting against one another, the plot moved in a faster pace. So there was nothing that made it harder to take it.
Who will believe me if I say this drama is the only one that I loved in the recent months? Kinda busy with works rn, otherwise I would start rewatching again.
ML confession on episode 17 and Fl confession on episode 19. ML confessed as he found a clear opening towards her heart and she accepts his close actions after his confession without avoiding him. So I felt they got together from 17. ML will lose memories on the last episode and will gain it on the same episode. This drama doesn't have any dragging plot.
Enxi is so beautiful and she's such a promising actress. I love her... But what happened to Dingyuxi? I used to like his acting a lot. But did he got hurt on his neck? Why did his acting become so stiff? I saw his stiff neck on the reuters of his upcoming drama with Zuer.
Happiness is watching Xiaohou running towards his fans on the extended stage with the happiest blissful smile ever. There's a lingering feeling on his teary eyes whenever it's the time to say goodbye. It can be felt through naked eyes, how much he loves to sing and perform on big stages. His dream has no limits and my wish would be him only doing things that he truly enjoys. These days, he looks overly happy even though he's clearly exhausted. Just to think that he must return back to do things that is responsible for his exhaustion is making me feel bad for him. He's seriously unlucky for wasting time on a script that doesn't match with his taste. Forgetting all the criminal activities of a cult, his health is my top concern. His health is always very poor. He is not a celestial being that spending 24 hours on work won't affect his health bar. He said there will be four more concerts in 2 two different cities on 2026. He is basically the base of the whole plot, the only one who cared about the nation without a 2nd second thought. -For giving a good character development to Jiayu, she later became more and more like Wuyi. -For not making Prince Qi betraying his friends -For making Lilejun's ending a satisfying one -For not prioritizing love over country -For not showing typing love triangle -For properly displaying true patriotism from Xiao Wuyi -For providing shining points to all the characters , mainly the female characters although the drama's main theme was about Xiao Wuyi. Even Jiayu's maid Nanxing got a good storyline.
