the evidence is there tho, his brother and sister moved into a better apartment and got a nice car, it most likely that the mom died maybe before the transplant, they used the money and that why they kept it from him all this time. Let's not forget that his sister knew about him sacrificing himself for his mother and said nothing so for the chairman not to hold his end of the bargain dosen't seem to add up since she's still alive. For wanting to kill PCH most likely he was being dragged since the start of his prison time that's why he was always shaking and did what he did to PCH and that other inmate.
