I skipped a lot of the first 16 episodes, but I'm really enjoying Faifa-Wine's story so far.

Haha, Baba has been trending on Weibo since yesterday because of her old posts! People are revisiting the ones where she talked about helping her hometown, rescuing stray animals, sharing her quirky thoughts, and just having that typical girly mindset. Everyone’s saying she was thinking ten years ahead back then, and she was so cute that they’ve fallen in love with her all over again!

I'm really worried about baba's nightmare aka jaywalk. Since she’s been announced as a brand ambassador for Chun Tea (which is under Coca-Cola), it probably means her contract isn’t ending anytime soon.

I know, right? But on the other hand, the movie’s plot is pretty predictable, and people already have a good idea of how it’s going to turn out, so I don’t think it’ll do that well in the market. But at least Baba mentioned before that she likes this director’s work, so she gets to work with him—that’s a plus!
And when it comes to international recognition, we fans have to put in the work to build her fanbase since Jaywalk isn’t going to invest in marketing. Other artists already have marketing firms managing their IG and other platforms (since IG and similar sites are banned in China). We’ve already discussed this with Chinese Alice, and they said they’ll pass our message to the company.

I never said I don’t have Weibo—I was sharing it for people who can’t access it (since I think it’s banned in their country). Also, I had no idea that Twitter account was an XZ hater until you pointed it out.

Other artists definitely have strong marketing teams behind them. As for her role as Bai Fengjiu, I’ve seen people say they disliked her character’s childishness in that drama and, because of that, they refuse to watch her other works. I came across many such haters who bully baba and other artists under the disguise of *I'm just sharing my opinions".

She can't use IG regularly as it's banned in china, other artist hire marketing agencies and such to manage ig accounts but we know how lazy jaywalk is. Also her 1 or 2 dramas are on netflix one is legend of anle (plot wasn’t good) which isn't that great and another one is eternal love of dream (people criticize for childish acting well baba was amateur and script demanded cutesy fl). I really hope they'll release her upcoming drama on netflix too.

Ep13 was wrapped up so beautifully with MARS performing together, gaining freedom from their company, pepper-gam, nano shipping jun-lan, baifern meeting thame haha.. and ofcourse our thame-po and their honeymoon period everything was so beautiful.
Right now I'm sitting on a park bench and giggling over thamepo and yup since it's weekend all I'm gonna do is go home and rewatch thamepo. 🙃

Suit yourself! Personally, I felt a subtle chemistry between the leads, and I just assumed you might not be aware of the ML’s situation and all that. But, everyone has a different EQ, so it really just comes down to how we connect with the characters!

I get what you're saying! But instead of disliking her or calling her out, you could've just supported Shawn Duo. I know this is a platform for discussions and criticism, but I don’t understand why people dislike someone before even seeing their work.

Honestly, I’ve seen too many birdheaded people lately who just bash artists instead of supporting their own faves. I really like Dilireba, and I always defend her when I see such comments. And my only point is—why criticize her when you haven’t even watched her work?

Movie always film secretly to avoid spoilers and stuff and baba is lowky and rather then spoiling she goes with the official announcement. She said it before to not believe in any rumor (drama/personal) till you hear it from her, her team or the other party involved (for drama/movie confirmation).

Ik but you need to consider the storyline as well in one n only the plot was around them (fl and ml) and their hardships to stay together. In part 1 and part 2 it was all about them facing hardships together. But in TBW ji yunhe wanted freedom so did cheng yi they both had this political dilemma (shunde and her nonsense) going on also the story wasn't really focused on their romance only.
You can say that it was more a tragic xianxia than typical story.
In TBW part 2 their marriage part was so beautiful.

On weibo people are saying that she's part of it and they've started shooting but no confirmation yet except song kang ho no other cast is confirmed.
