There’s a post about Baba quietly doing charity work that many people didn’t know about. People were saying that, unlike other celebrities who do charity to make headlines on Weibo or to improve their image, Baba is simply charming and beautiful both inside and out.

Baba is trending at no. 4 on Weibo because Hunan TV suddenly posted around 20 Weibo posts about her on their official account. Haha, I have no idea why they did that, but the posts include clips from her past variety shows.

They shared the one where she did the elsa-anna voiceover with a voice artist, another from when when she did a variety show with GJ while promoting the legend of anle, and clips of her playing with the camera while filming divas hit the road. They also posted moments of her as the roman empress, also her dancing on the cruise, and scenes from her drama pretty li huizhen.

I saw some pictures on Weibo claiming to be from the set of the soccer movie, and Baba was definitely in them. It could be a cameo or a supporting role—we can't be sure yet—but she will definitely be part of the movie.

I read somewhere that the original creator of the manhua wasn’t entirely happy with how her story was adapted. She even mentioned that LCG was more or less inspired by Baba’s features.
I get that LCG’s character was sometimes naive, but isn’t that the point of character development? Some people criticized her for being ignorant and dumb, but let’s not forget—she was a teenager who had just lost her family, especially her mother, at the hands of her beloved uncle. In such a traumatic situation, who would be able to think rationally or make mature decisions? Her story was about experiencing pain and suffering, finding her own beliefs, realizing the truth, and understanding the power of mercy. Her dynamic with Ashile Sun and how he protected her against all odds was a key part of the narrative.
At the end of the day, what’s so exciting about watching a character who’s already perfect? That would be monotonous.
The forced hate against her at the time seemed more like an attempt to hype up another actress (the supporting one) rather than genuine criticism.

I have nothing against ZLS, but many other actors and actresses, like QL, YM, and ZH, have also worked with younger co-stars. It's really frustrating that people only criticize Dilireba and unnecessarily target her. Some Western fans of other celebrities can be quite ignorant. At first, I tried correcting them, but I later realized they’re just jealous and can’t stand seeing someone more beautiful and famous than their favorite artist.

It's alright because Reba has so many loyal fans, not just because of her drama Eternal Love of Dreams, but also because of her personality and beauty. To be honest, Reba doesn't put up a filter—she truly is the way she portrays herself. There's no doubt she was born to shine, as if she came into this world with a halo around her.

Yeah, I heard that their official Weibo was sold to another drama but I'm not sure about the full details of the controversy.

I'm not sure about Eternal Love of Dreams since it's not available in my region, but her other drama, The Long Ballad, the legend of anle, is on Netflix in my region. Not sure about other regions, though.

*TLB* was the drama that introduced me to Baobei. Honestly, I started watching it for Wu Lei, but ended up falling for Baba instead. I remember people saying that Wu Lei was too young for Baba, and the drama got a lot of criticism for spending more time on supporting characters than the main couple’s story. The first half was amazing, but in the second half, the focus shifted from the main cast to the supporting characters. Still, no matter what people say, I really like Baobei and WL as a couple (in the drama, of course, and honestly, I don’t mind them in real life either).

You know, let them pull the age card—YM, QL, and others have all done romance dramas with much younger actors, so why can’t Baba?

No matter what happens, whether she picks it or not, I've already geared up and I'm ready to defend her from malicious comments. I'll do everything I can, whether it's fighting back or reporting those insignificant haters.

Let her choose both; the plots for both dramas are really good, including the one with Li Qin which makes it 😁. We'll have many baobei's drama for ourselves😅.

Haha, just a few days ago, people on Weibo were saying that Baba isn't as famous as ysx or zls, based on some rankings of popular female actresses in Southeast Asia. This article is a clear slap in the face to those claims.

I was hoping for a front-angle shot that we could use for her MDL profile. She looks stunning in this one, and the photocards are beautiful too.

I really wish they’d team up for a drama, but after seeing the comments on the post, I got really frustrated. I also saw some international fans defending zls, claiming it’s Baobei who had plastic surgery, while Chinese netizens praise her but call zls plastic. It really drives me crazy. There’s this weird, delusional narrative about Dilraba that a lot of people from Western countries believe, and it’s unfair how much unnecessary hate she gets. I’m sorry, but it just infuriates me. They choose to believe the marketed image of other actresses, but not Dilraba, who is genuinely herself and doesn’t hide her true personality.

P.S. I’m not hating on zls, but her fans get on my nerves. I don’t have strong feelings either way about her, but her fans always do strange things, dragging Baba into the conversation, whether intentionally or not.

I’ve heard that novel fans aren’t happy with anyone— they keep rejecting the actress rumored for the drama. Plus, since this drama has the same writer as The Malicious Empress, people are going to compare everything, and it’s going to be chaotic for Dilireba. Honestly, I really hope she doesn’t face any negative news. The last 2-3 months have already been rough for her.
