Its just my theory guys. I think HDS is the real heir of Yeoncheonru since her father is Cheon business partner, maybe thats why SMH is trying her best to keep Yeoncheonru booming and still rising. And Cheon is the one who murdered or betray the HONGs to get all the business and control the palace and he wants to take the other key. Thats why HDS have the other key. SMH's condition is to become the innkeeper maybe because she doenst want to tarnish the inn and also to look for HDS, she killed her master/teacher not bc of betrayal but a mercy killing and HDS who happens to be far away, only saw the stab.

I think HDS is the real heir of YCR thats why SMH is trying her best to to keep YCR booming.
