it makes me wish i was a thai bl actor and he was my bl partner im so jealous of inn
Oh no I could never. Just imagine you look into these wonderful eyes, your brain gets cuteness overload, but there ar 10 people behind the camera, filming every moment and giving you input. I would die from embarrassment. I think it's the most aromantic thing ever, to act in front of a camera. You have to be very, very professional if you like someone, or better: don't like him too much so it's easy to be professional about it.
It's mostly gmmtv and Domundi who put their "imagined couples" actors in fixed pairings for better marketing with mascots and everything. Pond Ponlawit was in different couples before and he is not in this series. So I think the producer of this series is not that serious about fixed pairings. Maybe because they don't plan to sell much merchandise and do fan service with concerts and so on. We'll see if they get to work together again if this series has many viewers and clicks on the official streaming platform!
Don't watch it. A friend of mine watched it and was totally frustrated by the story. It started really nice and fluffy and then it got bad. The original story had some cheating and homophobia (what fits the time 2014) and they took the original approach again. But times changed and the 2024 version could have taken a different approach.

Than we both got different vibes, as Qin said: now bring it on. The real thing didn't even start. It felt the same for me as his "come over" in the bathroom.
I'm so confused by the comments do most people watch thai bls (even the youth/romance ones) for the nc scenes??…
It's just that the end of episode 6 with the shower scene made the viewers expect that the cliffhanger at the end of episode 9 will also get a continue in episode 10. So they built up viewers' expectations that weren't met. If there hadn't been an earlier scene with similar cliffhanger, I wouldn't have been confused / underwhelmed by the beginning of episode 10. Otherwise, I would have been fine. I'm not sapphic and I watch the shows for both, the romance and the NC. I love that the NC scenes are very real here, with talk before and after. They normalize intimacy in a relationship in a good way.
I can't find this series in iQiyi, I want to watch it legally 🥹🥹
It's on Gagaoolala for many international viewers! Sadly, mydramalist doesn't have Gagaoolala in their database, so they never show if a show is available there. They have many smaller productions on their streaming service, so it's always worth a try to look there. I can recommend https://world-of-bl.com/ as an alternative to mydramalist, if you want to know where you find all the BLs.
finally a realistic review and rating by someone who actually finished it. I absolutely agree that they should have used more "real" art in a series about an artist. I liked that they had nice art of a known artist in the art cafe. IMO it's not the best show out there, but you can have a lot of fun with it. To me, it was like a green flag version of my stubborn, which also divided the audience in haters and lovers. I persannly liked it and therefore rated it higher.
... after a couple of episodes? please explain why, so that I won't drop it later for the same reasons. Thanks!
they have a lot of chemistry IMO, best NC scenes i've seen in a while. If you can overlook the choice of the makeup artist to give Po very glossy pink lipgloss. ;-)
I'm still unclear as to when Puth and Puifai got together, like I get Puth had already been a bit psychotic but…
Yeah the timeline got me wondering too ... I think there was some cheating involved, if you overlook the fact that she got raped to get her into a relationship with Champ. There were 6 months between the abortion and this, so I I think she got into the relationship with Puth at this point
I was annoyed first by the peach commentary, but in later episodes it gives extra depth to the artistic idea behind…
They use the peach as a symbol for the hidden relationship in art history, but also for Po himself in his role as "peach". Also how it's often a symbol of desire in art. If you combine on with what's shown in between, it gives more depth or foreshadowing. Like they talk about how a peach is bruised easily if you don't take care, and the scene before is that Po looked a bit hurt by what happened. It helps you interpret his reaction to what Sasom does.
