Don’t you think a lot of Luke’s problems is his dad. That relationship is why Luke is hard but down deep Luke is soft that was proven with the dog. She let him down by doubting him, he had already been bragging to her about her improvements she has made so why would she believe he was the one. Luke has a dad that doesn’t believe in him and now his girlfriend. Luke needed someone like her and then she didn’t trust him but he should have opened his mouth.
