When they meet Brother Qinglong, Liuyi is 10 and his sister, Xiaoman, is 13. In the drama, Qinglong looks to be at least 20 years old, which means there is at minimum, a 7-year age gap for Xiaoman and Qinglong.
As of Episode 6, he has not told her yet. There are other memory flashbacks that happen though, so I suspect you are correct and its going to be unpleasant when she finds out.

When he expresses his frustration at her flip-flopping, she takes that as a certainty that they should never be together.
