siwon's wish was told in the last or 2nd last ep ig. she wished for the curse to continue. the app became like that cuz: i. ig it's related to shamanism. the deolmi doll (the one siwon's mum gifted to hyereong) which she used to fulfill her wish. ii. and after the app got haunted by hyereong, ig siwon's wish had that curse carried on.
js a theory but i think nari's soul got trapped in the world. not so sure abt her tho.
