Imo I don't think the evidence came from the safe. When they were drafting the contract they were writing it on…
I'm going to be so disappointed, but not suprised, if this is where they are going with it because it literally goes against who they both are as characters. But again, we wouldn't have been shown that scene if it wasn't pertinent to the plot. SMH. We must wait and see how it unfolds, i guess. Let's just hope we are wrong and that the writers didn't betray these characters just to insert a completely illogical cliché. Though I wouldn't be surprised if we aren't.

Tbh, that's exactly what i was expecting from that scene as well. I was waiting for them to pan to outside the door on someone eavesdropping, but then they threw the paper on the floor and i knew exactly where this was going. Eavesdropping is the more believable option, considering, but with how cliche and intentional every scene and detail has been so far, for the most part, I highly doubt it. Unless someone was eavesdropping and THEN went looking for the drafts as proof, but i still don't believe they'd be dumb enough to leave evidence. I do on the other had think the writers would make that unnecessary decision though..

The second we saw them writing the contract in paper and toss them aside when they made mistakes I KNEW that the contract would eventually be leaked. With how many clichés they've been using I'm not surprised, but it does pmo considering how smart and careful these two are with their moves to make a mistake like this to begin with unless it was a dramatic plot device that just doesn't quite make sense for the characters. To be expected, I guess.

what if it’s intentional to reveal the contract and it’s part of grand prince’s plan? Idk it seems weird…
Imo I don't think the evidence came from the safe. When they were drafting the contract they were writing it on paper and throwing away copies when they made a mistake. That had me nervous af.... Like how did they dispose of those very incriminating balls of paper?? I think someone raided the trash and is using one of those copies as proof of a contract even if its not the official one it's incriminating enough to prove an issue.

I'm going to assume they didn't get into the safe - b/c that would be ridiculous and puts the King's will in play.…
