I was absolutely clueless as to how this series ended up on my watchlist (don't remember the reason why I added it) but after seeing Nat from Kiseki dear to me, it all made sense. It looks fun after the first 2 episodes so bring it on!

I'm not that concerned about its popularity, but as an ongoing series it would have created more buzz, regarding queer relationships, living with HIV, coming of age, family, etc, which I think was the whole purpose behind writing such novel.

Complain? No, I said regret. And now with the whole series being over in a day, I'm pretty sure most people moved on to other series and it will be pointless. Take it as a revelation that I don't enjoy binge watching series.
My only regret about this series is that it was released in bulk. Such a missed opportunity for proper discussions on the various topics their raised in it, I'm almost mad. Instead, we got to read in the comments who's more gay and how bl fans are some delusional 10 year olds with no clue about the real world.
Anyway, I loved the series and I admire the cast for their bravery to partake in such project, considering their country's bad habit of giving attention to 20 something idiots who are constantly protesting on pretty much anything that doesn't fit their views.
Last but not least, if you think that this story is exclusive for a gay man in a semi-conservative country, then you need some more life experience. It's just a portrayal of life regardless of gender or sexual orientation. I'm sure a lot of people can relate to the characters, one way or another.
