Better than season 1

I don't want to add any spoilers to this review so I'll keep it short. I enjoyed this season a lot more than the first, I found it paced a lot better throughout and kept me hooked on each episode, during season 1 I found myself skipping parts. More characters were re introduced back into the storyline and it flowed really nicely. I liked the villains and twists of this season as it always kept you on your toes. I really recommend giving this a go! Out of many of the tv shows in the lost tomb series this ranks up very highly for me!

Realistic and enjoyable!

I really enjoyed this film, it has just come out on Netflix and as soon as I saw the cast I knew I wanted to watch it. Their acting was really good throughout the series as well as the effects and acting of the zombies, it wasn't cringe or strange it felt like they were real and very scary xD I felt as though it was kind of realistic, for a zombie film that is. Like the way they behaved in situations especially Yoo Ah In's character would be how a lot of people would behave. My only improvement would be if there was a larger cast, but this might just be my preference. It would've been cool to see lots of different situations other than two teens/ young adults who had been home at the time. But overall I enjoyed it and really recommend others give it a shot!

A very fun and casual watch

I really enjoyed this drama, and I really liked the casting for it as well! The story built up well and there were lots of references to previous episodes that linked really well together. The build up of the overall story line of their parents involvements with each other was quite gradual and didn't have a huge surprise ending like many other dramas would, but I liked this because I think the story came second. To me it felt as though it was more focused on the characters and them over coming the traumas they faced in their childhoods, rather than a who did it scenario. It did have some cool plot twists that were fun and the story definitely didn't disappoint. Would really recommend to watch it!

Really want a second movie!!!

I really liked this film, it just came out onto netflix and the moment I saw Henry Lau was in it I had to give it a go. I often find many action movies quite boring at times then interesting the next, as they have to incorporate storytelling into it as well. However with this film I was hooked the entire time, there wasn't a part I wanted to skip or found myself zoning out of. I found it paced quite well up until the end, I found the ending was quite quick in regards to the fact they revealed so much important information but never acted on it. I'm not sure if they are making another movie, or simply left some things unrevealed due to the fact it is based off of a game and they might want to increase the interest in playing it. (SPOILER) I didn't like the fact that they killed off so many characters at the end of the film as it kind of felt very anti climactic. However overall I really enjoyed the movie and I will most likely watch it again. I recommend for those who enjoy more action packed movies with less large dialogue scenes and more fighting. The CGI was quite good, and majority of the time felt realistic.

SPOILERS IN THIS REVIEW

I really enjoyed the beginning of this show, the iconic trio had rejoined and were venturing within the tombs together alongside some other minor characters that I really liked. I liked all the different adventures they had, but I began to lose interest just after Wu Xie's illness was exposed to the rest of the group. The three broke up to do their own thing with the main focus being on the warehouse. On top of that Zhang Qiling kind of disappeared, maybe I missed what happened but the entire focus became on this warehouse story. I found it was a bit confusing at times but I read that could be due to changes made in editing because of TV regulations in China. Overall I did keep on watching the show till the end and I am very excited to watch season 2 with the same cast! I just hope there is more action with the entire trio and there will be more time spent in the tombs as I find those parts the most fun and interesting. I definitely recommend this to people who have enjoyed the previous lost tomb series as this cast is really good and pulls the whole thing together!
