Too bad they didn't get the medical acts accurately
ML can totally pull off goofy and adorable-he's comfortable not looking suave (made me think of how unconvincing Phantom Lawyer ML was NOT comfortable being funny) and there is a nice contrast to the handsome other lead who does play suave and caring third wheel (he also played that well in My Beloved Thief where he first caught my attention as an actor to watch). I agree with some of the reviews that the story drags a bit, so I just waited for a few more episodes to binge vs. when I really like a drama, I'm there at midnight to watch the next episode.
My add here is that I've noticed that the medical scenes realism are going down fast--lots of gory injuries and an emphasis on suturing and skill putting in an IV ...but my goodness, no gloves? and when covered with blood--no washing it off, just some tissue wiping? and when treating one's own injury-one's hands are still bloody from treating a patient? Basic medical sterile/pathogen avoidance practice flew out the window, which, while I know it's a drama, I lost focus on believability.
