"I went out that day because I was thinking about you" What was Miji talking about?
The day she got out to see her grandma at the hospital, she said so to her colleague when she was telling him her story at the bar. She couldn't get out to go see her grandma and then she thought of someone and it shows a scene of Miji and Hosu at the top of the climb. "If I can't get out to see my grandma, I might as well die" which is what Huso basically said about climbing the mountain.
Ok so it's clear now that he didn't know at least until the end of episode 5, I hope it becomes clear for him that Mirae is Miji because I don't like that she's confusing him like that, it's not fair!
It's normal that Miji's ex would clock that Miji is not Miji because they are always together, Hosu was not in the twin's life for a while! He left for Seoul at 19 and Miji never left her town so they haven't seen each other that much in the past 10 years.
The show was good but the reveal of the killer was very anticlimactic. I liked the motive for the murders and how they all connected, I wouldn't have guessed it at all, but the killer was too obvious. That ruined it a bit. I don't like that there was no show of how the killer did everything. We were fed the story of why but not how and when thinking practically, a lot of the killings just didn't make any sense. If you write like that then at that point everything is possible and you could just say a child did it. Is it possible? Probably not but wait they had a good reason to do it: *insert great motive*. How could the killer just get into a CEO's office in a secure building, kill the CEO and get out unnoticed? How could an assemblyman just get kidnapped? I mean, just kill the president at that point if you're not going to explain how things were done realistically.
I agree with the critics of Kim Dami's interpretation of the character. I love her to bit but her acting was a bit ridiculous at times. Idc that the character is mentally stuck as a teen because of trauma, that's not how I would expect a teen to be portrayed + if it's not mentionned anywhere that it's a mental problem, I'm not suppose to guess.
It's really hard to tell and I think that's the point haha. When he tried to let Miji know that Mirae was not…
Yeah I agree, as a twin I'd be pissed to know that my crush could fall for my sister, even if it's technically me he's falling for. Not fair on Hosu either, especially after he confessed his feelings and Miji knows now about how he felt (even though it's not really a secret, with the tie and all).
I am always fascinated by hair in situations like this. Is one of her looks a wig? Does anyone know? I’m still…
They shoot all the scenes with her blond hair either at the very beginning or the very end of the shooting (so either all blond Miji scenes were shot first or they were shot last).
Ik another comment down already said it but, He must know it's Miji and is just playing along right guy? Right?!!!??
It's really hard to tell and I think that's the point haha. When he tried to let Miji know that Mirae was not doing good he just said "she looked tired when I saw her" when he knew she had been sexually harassed (episode 1). He didn't tell her about her siste's problem because that's not his place to tell. Now the twin exchanged places. If he knows that Miji is Mirae, would he outright just tell her about Mirae's sexual harassement case when they were out and eating, just to play along (and expose Mirae's problem's)? Miji's behaviour (being all lively and happy) made him believe that she was in fact Miji but when she said "you don't know me that well" implying that Mirae could also be lively, he doubted. Because it's true, he doesn't know her that much. And to think "I only ever saw Miji be this lively but never Mirae" is not a good enough argument too just assume two grown adult women would exchange their places.
We also lack a looot of context on their RS. We know that Hosu and Mirae were never a thing and they both knew about Hosu's feelings for Miji. Maybe Hosu and Mirae only ever talked about Miji in High school and so he never got to know Mirae that well. So the way he feels is just him thinking "oh, was she like that all along but I never knew because I was only focused on Miji?"
When he was mad at her after the reunion, was it because he was mad that Mirae could let people talk badly about her sister or because he was mad that Miji could let them talk badly about herself? Does he know ??? It's very confusing.
Mirae knowing Huso's feeling for Miji was very obvious considering the miscommunication trope. There was never anything between them, Huso was very clear about his feelings for Miji and everyone was just wrong to assume they were together.
It seems that he never confessed but isn't hiding it either since he outright told Miji he wears the tie for her. Assuming he knows the twins switched places, could he go as far as totally confess by saying "Miji was my first love" to Miji knowing she isn't Mirae ? So either he outed his feelings to Miji knowing it's Miji but hiding behind the fact that he "think" it's Mirae (making it easier for him I guess since Miji can't reject him), or he still didn't pick up totally on the switching places, and poor guy just confessed without wanting to.
yeah, the mom thing is stupid! they better have her reveal that she knew all along bc that's just stupidfor the…
Strongly agree! If you can tell them apart it's with their physicial differencies, not their personalities. Even Miji told Hosu something like "is miji the only one who can be cheerful?" when he asked her if she was Miji. If Mirae has filed a complaint for sexual harassment and looked gloomy and tired and almost suicidal but then became super cheerful out of nowhere, I'd be super concerned, I wouldn't think "oh wait, she has to be her twin sister" like that's weird. Even if they did change their place, who would assume they would do that at their age ?
But again, we're working under the theory that they are sooooo physically identical that people who have known both for years can't tell them apart when in real life that's just not true.
Feels like it could unravel into something emotionally wrecking in the best way. I just hope it doesn’t lean…
I feel like we'll have flashback show that Hosu was only open and laughing with mirae when they were talking about miji so mirae and hosu never had anything for each other the way everyone thought
Its just so dumb to me that this tries to portray somewhat heavier themes but then plays to haha funny gaslighting…
yeah, the mom thing is stupid! they better have her reveal that she knew all along bc that's just stupid for the other characters, one can argue that they haven't seen the other twin that much in 10 years (everyone in town) + since they never hang out when they were younger, people never needed to tell them apart since they had different hairstyles ? The twins think hosu can tell them apart when from his pov he might just have been lucky to guess right that one time and for the rest of the time, well the hair helped.. In reality, the longer you stay with twins, the easier you see the differences. Hosu has been with both, separatly though and that might be why he's having trouble with miji playing mirae
Since hosu is unemployed he doesn't have any reason to not visit his mom and see that the twins exchanged their places. I wish they didn't go with the "falling in love with twin 1 that he never liked to then realize it was twin 2 all along" As a twin I would hate to know the guy I've had feelings for so long could developp feelings for me whilst thinking I'm my sister. Sure, he's technically falling for me but still...

A lot of action but little story, 2h+ and still not a define plot
