I don't understand why didn't the ML trust the FL. Why did he feel she betrayed him? Why didn't he give her the chance to explain what happened? Same goes to the FL. Why didn't she tried to get an explanation for what he did? I also don't understand the reason for the revenge?!

To be honest I don't care about the romantic scenes as much I care about the relation itself. The affection between the family members for example is much important than the romantic scenes.
The first two episodes were acceptable but not good. I don't like watching drama where doctors treated badly and got framed. Hoping the rest will be better.
