the whole "rich guy discovers hardworking poor girl who is just not like other girls" is such a tired trope. tbh…
i don't usually mind that trope except if it's bc "she's not like other girls" this is on par with the 2nd ML trope. and no means no, idk why ppl glorify them like that and overlook their behaviour but the moment the ML doesn't do everything right, he's a redflag or what not.
It's good but I wish the drama industry would already move past 2nd MLs and love triangles, I'm tired of ppl's obession with (bland) 2nd MLs syndrome. They barley interacted, usually the 2nd MLs are hella bland, blander than these snoozefest MLs these days and ppl be like they should be together. It's weird and like being rejected isn't the end of the world.
Would be cool to see a 2nd ML who for once respects her feelings after he realises she likes someone else or one who just wants to be buddies with her, make the ML jealous for fun then has his own love interest.
Don't mind me just rambling ami have beef with that trope at this point xD
Oh they kissed already by ep8 so it's not a slowburn romance ...
Eh what drama have you been watching because it took at least 10 eps for them to accept their feelings or mutually like each other. 8 episodes seems rushed to me but they're alwayd in love 2 eps in so it's not surprising
Hm imma check this out but the fact they had history and dated (?) before makes it kinda uninteresting. Man do I miss the good ol' slowburn kdrama days nowadays they're either in love by ep 2, dating by 4/6, married or like this
Imma check this out but kinda sad that the drama barley has 3% rantings and according to articles Ji Chang Wook is losing his popularity due to his poor choices. He deserves a new hit drama already, his last work I really enjoyed was Backstreet Rookie
Yes to this but what kdrama with character development you've seen lately? All I'm seeing are picture perfect…
I've seen Hometown cha-cha-cha, Ghost Doctor, and Vincenzo but I don't think there was much character development especially for the FLs maybe l rmbr it wrong :o
i would love to see ML staying in rich family or staying in his original body but living the life of the rich.…
Yes to this but what kdrama with character development you've seen lately? All I'm seeing are picture perfect bland puppy MLs who lick the FLs shoes instead of being their own characters
Looking back Eve really had the potential to be good, serve an interesting romance, characters and dynamic but instead it was a huge letdown. The toxic FL and expressionless ML stayed the same with no growth or development.
There's a lot going on aside from romance, but nobody does romance like K-romance, it's cute and adorable, just…
Yeah but they lost their charm sadly usually just fast romances between a bland puppy that follows the self-proclaimed "girlboss" FL (who's often speaking just rude, cold and toxic)

Is it just me or does the 2nd Ml actor seems off putting idk why but he scares me ;;
