I think it's fine if ratings increase or decrease it's how people feel no? As long as they're not talking absolute…
totally agree!

Oh, wow, I had no idea that doctor slump was the first show ever to feature characters who quit their jobs, or…
They never said they copied it line by line … they said the themes ‘felt’ like a ‘blend’ of certain themes from certain dramas from this year. nobody said these shows invented these tropes…its just an observation. and its not wrong. there are a lot of similarities. so what?

i mean, how dare people make comments in the comment section about things they observe and think about the show! THE AUDACITY !! lmao

bro, chill out. calm yourself. also maybe try reading fully next time before you go ninja on peoples comments

I came across this post a little while ago. :Love Next Door feels like a blend of several 2024 dramas. It features…
Yep, I think this may be a reason why it’s coming across as very boring to some.

I think it’s cute but it’s not the most original show to be sure. I wish the writing would delve into the characters and their personalities and passions more. I like it more bc the actors all seem to be enjoying themselves so much, less for the story. It seems like a very fun set.

Her wedding invitation is for May 2024 and we're told that's a month away in episode 1. Can we drop this theory?
I was reading the top where it said 05 | 23 — didn’t see the May 23, 2024 near the bottom of the invite.

I don’t know why people are so up in arms about people just having fun on here and theorizing, it’s not a big deal.

oh you’re right I was looking at the top of the invite that read 05 | 23

down near the bottom it states May 23, 2024 — all is well 😮‍💨😅

people are allowed to have ideas and theorize geez…anyway the whole point is nobody actually knows what’s going to happen. doesn’t mean we’re not wishing for good things, lmao. it’s called imagination 💭

see now if the swimming competition was 2008 and by 2010 she goes abroad and 2020 she returns and 2023-24 she…
I definitely wouldn’t disregard the theory completely. In dramaland … anything is possible!

There easily could be nothing to the theory at all…or it could just go in a different direction like what some are saying for one of the parents … but its just as easily possible that there’s some significance to a relapse storyline too. The wedding invite did look to be dated for May 2023 and his award ceremony in ep 1 was in 2024 (there were all sorts of stands and flags showing it). Who knows!

Maybe it’ll be a party until the end because it’ll be a celebration of life and living to the fullest with the little time she has left. Maybe it’ll be a party because there’s nothing to worry about and she’ll be able to live a long life with her loved ones. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Maybe he was visiting the memorial parks because of his own interest and personality as an architect and artist, naturally being drawn to that and just wanting to do a good job. Maybe it was him in a future scene and there was a deeper reason … and that’s why he was so intent to do a proper job and also why he had the ideas he had to create a place where people can smile through their tears in remembering their loved ones.

Point is we really don’t know…and it will be interesting to see what direction the writers will go, considering what we’ve seen and know so far. There’s still a lot of mystery left unresolved.

It certainly makes the imagination run wild with this uncertainty and suspense!!

it was cringe and kinda underwhelming lol. afterwards he was like “is that all I could say?” I’m like my thoughts exactly 🤣 but at least he finally plucked up the courage 👏🏻

LOL so true!! I have noticed this kdrama trope. If they meet and fall in love as adults they almost always come to realize somewhere near the end of the series that they actually knew each other when they were kids or crossed paths in some random … yet supposedly “star crossed” way when they were 3. It’s so extra 😂😂& is almost as if it can’t be a real, true “fated” soulmate kind of love if it the romance didn’t begin when they were infants or something. like what ever happened building forts and cooties at that age lol 🤣

The childhood sentimentality is cute, but the adult relationships are what we’re here for.

Title Love Next Door Spoiler
I do not like watching sad ending or problems that don’t get resolve. At this point I’m think I should pause…
from what I have heard it’s going to get much better after ep 11 … so taking a break and coming back to it is probably good if you want to skip the angst. 😬

yes I think you’re right. I actually looked this up out of curiosity … and popcorn is high in fiber and can be difficult to digest, which might lead to discomfort, bloating, or even blockages in the digestive system. The rough texture of the popcorn, especially the hulls, can also be irritating to the stomach lining.

So eating popcorn could easily cause problems for someone who has had 70% of their stomach removed.

totally agree - originally I thought that was the direction they were headed. would have been so much better if they had gone that route instead.

just a simple story for them to fall in love as adults and kind of go, ‘I guess I probably always liked them I just didn’t see it until now’.

I mean how many of us would actually manage to hold onto a crush from childhood for that long anyways. It’s more interesting to explore their connection as adults than ride the curtails of their childhood forever.
