Exactly!!! That was one of the big drama behind the scene. Neo is the main ML and his screen time was shit! Rumor had that the director was more focus on second ML cuz he wanted him to get more exposed. Also rumor had that the director was not nice to Neo 😡. The ending was so sad and supposed to be a very impactful and it doesn’t even feel like that because it almost felt rush over. Like director was trying to hurry up the scene. Other side characters who died, they even had more of an impactful death. But of course Neo’s acting shine above all. I felt every bit of his pain and his hope. Unfortunately I wish I could tell you it gets better, but that’s about as much of screen time he gets with his character throughout the drama.

They deserve 1 billion views!!!!!! Omg I hope it happens for them!! I know many drama watchers who waits until it finish airing before watching so hopefully that crowd will help boost the views once it’s completely done airing!

I don’t understand how the score works in Douyan but I did hear many complaints about the drama and also there was a lot of drama behind the scene related to main actors and the director. I myself also had a few complaints regarding FOF. But I loved Neo character. He literally lead the show. And I was watching it for his character. So 5.5 sounds about right for the scoring. I also heard that Douyan has lots of antifans, the more popular you are, the more haters you have, so many will give it a bad reviews to rate it down. Also Chinese drama watcher have a different standards than international drama watcher standards. In a sense Chinese drama watcher can be more brutal in their expectations.

He wasn’t in blood of youth, he was in dashing youth. He was also good there too, I just didn’t like the plot unfortunately

Neo was phenomenal in FOF!!! I completely fell head over heel for him in FOF. His acting was incredible. It’s a more dark drama/vibe and lots of angst. The fighting and cinematography was really good too!! Similar to LITC. BFTB was Neo breakthrough drama I believed. I personally prefer FOF over BFTB.

If anyone come across a compilation video of JBZ “dramatic” entrances , example like when he came to rescue MY from Mu Qi Bai, please send it my way. His entrances are soooo cool! Gosh I love that man

HMH dominate in the depression /sadness acting! I swear I feel the pain deep down in my bones!!

The sadness acting of his, literally hits me deep in the heart. It aches so much. I feel every bit of it. He’s just an amazing actor!

I just wanna say, I’m at least happy that I’m not the only one that’s soooo sad this drama is over. To hear that many of you are going through the same emotions, really helps me feel so not all alone.
