Really! Honestly, this is the first time I've watched a drama with this actor. I started A Moment But Forever but got stuck on episode 16. His other two recent dramas were quite popular, but I didn’t watch them because I wasn’t a fan of the female leads. I thought he was an impressive actor, especially in A Moment But Forever.

I just watched a Chinese YouTuber who reviews Chinese dramas, and she was ranting about iQIYI. She claimed that iQIYI often gives their dramas sad endings on purpose. For example, Demon Hunter originally had a happy ending in the book, but the drama was changed to a sad one because the producers reportedly used AI to help decide the ending. The AI suggested that a sad ending would have more emotional impact on viewers. A Moment But Forever was no exception, since it was also produced by iQIYI. I haven’t finished A Moment But Forever yet—I'm currently stuck on episode 16.

Also, there haven’t been any pictures, OSTs, or trailers showing them in a modern setting.

I think it’s going to have a happy ending. After all those tribulations, and since they are destined to be together, it only makes sense
