I think it's all subjective right? One person may like this drama, another may hate it. Sometimes you just don't connect with the characters in the show, and thats probably why the show doesn't seem good to you. For example, I wasn't connecting with Blossom of Power, love in the clouds, and love between lines. I gave Overdo a chance, and I am enjoying every moment besides some cringy parts, which is fine to me, I just let it go. I think some people expect dramas to be accurate and true and I seriously turn my brain off and enjoy the dramas for what it is. Dramas are entertainment, not to mimic real life. However, people want dramas to feel like real life, and yes sometimes I like that and sometimes I don't. It just depends on my mood. I enjoy dramas when I can connect with the characters, the story is good enough to catch my attention and the chemistry is good. Now, chemistry is subjective and not everyone is going to agree on that. For example, I didn't feel any chemistry in the dramas I mentioned, especially Blossom of Power, her acting was BLAND and the story was not interesting to me lol I was so bored with all the characters.

Well usually they know it’s a female disguised as man. In the legend of the female General he found quick she was was a women. That’s when he was more soft towards her. So typically they already know it’s a female. I don’t think they’re implying he’s BI lol

Okay, I can understand the low ratings now lol but I still enjoyed it. It is definitely a slow burn however cinematography was great and the romance was cute. It’s a show you watch when you’re in a drama slump and need to get over the previous good drama that just finished.
