i am not a big fan of the Xianxia genre so i am not sure how long this drama will keep me interested for; but i have to say LXY in this high divine perfect role is not bad at all, even more handsome for my taste. and the way he simplifies his relationship with the fl is just great! he likes her and goes for her, full stop.
so far so good 👍

same for me, generally speaking I dont dislike open ending and i do not mind when a drama shows parallel lives, not confusing for me neither.
this drama portraits a realistic traditional family life expectations versus the struggles of a carrer driven life in a big city. both quite realistic.
i have not finished it yet, so curious to get to the open ending now 😊
