i might be one of the few here enjoying this drama.. i didn't like rowoon on dramas before this one, but.. guys.. this is hilarious, me and my 70 year old mama watching this toghether, laughing hard! the ML expressions are spot on, i just love him for the acting ( i repeat, i do not fancy him and i do not find him attractive, so this comment is purely based on his acting). i personally believe the score in MDL is too low... but , it is just my opinion. the character development of XY shows that she tries to be celebral in her love life, she forces XL out of her dreams because he would be a less 'safe choice'; she wants someone simple, who can always be with her... at least with words.. she wants to hear that chosen partner to tell her that she comes first. she is so determined to use her brain rather than her heart, to neglet her feelings for more dangerous (from her perspective) choices.. XL is a silent love interest, and we see XL running away from the same choice her mother made (she was passionately in love with her lover).. i think i read somewhere from an interview made to the writer, that XL is not a typical female lead, as she choses reason instead of her heart.
