Highly needed as this answered the questions left in S1

I think this is that sequel that is way better than the original. It was painful and made me cry and mad so many times, but for me, this sequel was necessary to help us understand what the characters were feeling. It gave us more background about Jiwoo and Seojun's past. It shows us how relationships are in real life. No relationship is perfect, that at some point, someone will break and hurt. Also, I think this sequel made Seojun and Jiwoo stronger as an individual and as a couple. The break-up was needed so they wouldn't be in a relationship that'll only hurt them more in the future.

I'm not justifying what Jiwoo did, but as someone who feels what he went through, I completely understand where he was coming from. I'm not going to deny that he was a j*rk for doing that to Seojun (you hurt us so deep, Han Jiwoo!), but what he went through was no joke too. One more thing that makes me less mad at him is when if you squint really hard, you'd appreciate the small details he did that shows how he loved and still loves Seojun and how he deeply worries for him. And Seojun, our shining star Kang Seojun, he did not deserve that (no one does), but his love for Jiwoo was so deep that he's willing to do anything to bring him back.

Kang Seojun and Han Jiwoo are each other's oxygen, so watching them apart was so suffocating.

All in all, this ended up being my favorite BL and favorite series/drama overall (personal favorite!!). The actors and actresses ate their roles tbh. I love the main leads' chemistry. It was overflowing (especially in episode 10. I love my domestic seojiwoo). The plot was really great. I love how this focused more on the plot than the intimate scenes. The editing between the flashbacks and the present? Flawless! The music used were so fitting (I will forever cry over The Universe and Every Single Moment). This is now one of my comfort webseries. I hope you try and give this a chance because you won't regret watching it. Definitely a 1000/10 to me.

EDIT: I've seen comments about how weak Jiwoo's apology was and that Seojun shouldn't have accepted it right away or at all. IT WAS NOT! S1 Jiwoo has expressed his jealousy about how Seojun can easily express himself to anyone. Expressing yourself loudly is hard for people like us. This is not something you can just fix overnight or in a few days. It takes so much energy and effort to speak our thoughts out, and I think Seojun knows that. That's why Jiwoo expressing himself to him and finally taking the first step to fixing their broken relationship was enough for Seojun to forgive Jiwoo.

This is not your typical fluffy and sweet BL. It won't make your heart flutter in a good way. This is not for the softhearted. This k-bl will not spoon feed you, but will make you think about what happened, what's happening and what's gonna happen next. This is a series where you should focus seriously on everything that's happening, for you to understand the characters and events. This was realistically well-written and it makes it a great series.
