I've watched this 3x already. This was my first drama I watched from ML but I've seen FL from Princess Agents & The Wolf. Then I went to watch Hidden Love and wow, his character is so different! Such a versatile actor! I do love the song that played for the Princess and the OST to this drama, which is one of the reasons why I keep coming back. Usually I don't care for side characters romance story but I did enjoy Princess and the Emperor Xia Jing Yan because he's such a great actor!!! He kept me interested in the drama during the slow episodes.

This ML is a great actor! Discovered him in LYF & he had the most complex acting but he pulled it off. Looking forward to his other dramas.

They have amazing chemistry & match perfectly! Loved the story & romance.

At first, I didn't want to watch due to FL , I wasn't a fan of hers until this drama. I think what really made me enjoy this drama is how strong she was. I'm glad we didn't get a young and immature actress, I am so over the typical Asian dramas of childish FL with annoying baby voice. What really made this drama stand out was Xiao Heng! His love for her wasn't suffocating where he didn't have to save her every time, he believed in her.

First drama I watched of SWL & fell in love with him. I think this is one of his best drama. His love for FL made me like him even more. Angelababy is beautiful but we know she's in dramas for her visuals.
