Based on the comments, I'll finish this later. I was really hoping for a happy ending. They both deserves it.…
but in a way it’s a happy ending tho albeit in a darker form 😃. Mijeong finally to break free from her shell, Yohan actually did something meaningful in his life that align with his belief. For Gyeongreok, at least he did confess and reconcile with Mijeong at the end of his life. It’s satisfying enough I would say. He left with little to no regrets at least.
Can someone explain the underline plot of the story? How everything relies back to his parents? How it goes back…
this is just my own interpretation but I hope it will be helpful. The native analogy is to assume that Gyeongrok didn’t die, but instead he’s somewhere far aways. They’re treating his death as a momentary thing instead of an eternal longing.
I don’t think so. I think he died from the bus crash. The story of him surviving the accident and losing his memories and proceed to regain it later on is just part of Yohan’s imagination. Cuz in Yohan’s mind, the couple deserve a happy ending in fictional setting at least.
does anyone know what the purple bottom line indicates? it appears whenever the main leads are together but not all the time. I wonder if there’s any theory regarding it
Damn, it's like everyone is their own person and have their own opinions! Crazy right?
not liking is okay but hating is another thing. One can dislike cucumber for example and go on with their life. It becomes an issue (read: annoying) when they keep shoving their unnecessary hateful opinions about cucumber in front of every single other person especially those who enjoyed cucumber.
I find subs often use the term narcissistic when I think arrogant would be more accurate. For Korean and Chinese…
arrogant is also kinda exaggerated tho. Cuz even before he lost his glory, he didn’t seem to look down upon others. Maybe overconfidence I would say. He’s annoying, but not in a malicious way tho.
On episode 4 and I'm really really enjoying this, it feels so fresh and the way the characters are brought together…
I guess maybe you think the chemistry is not exploding like in Lovely Runner because in that drama Sunjae was head over heels for her from the beginning. It was the yearning part that melt the viewers. But in this drama, they started from hating each other to slowly fall in love
This is going better and better each episode love this drama currently my favorite drama
it is. Honestly i don’t mind the low rating cuz at least those who watched it for the storyline can at least have a pleasant discussion with less people around
currently watching episode 4, I don’t think the key word they provided is correct lol. They keep using the term narcissistic to explain Kang Siyeol’s character but up till now I’ve never seen him being narcissistic or even greedy.
viewers mostly hate Gippeum but I think Hwang Jun U deserved more hate for being the dumbest when he’s just a tool for the villains and brings nothing to the pro bono team
