A Hundred Memories is just a whole mess. Not even the leads could save the drama so I won’t really blame him. Even Kim Dami & Shin Yeeun couldn’t do anything but I didn’t see you nitpicking their performance in that exact drama.

i think there would be no love triangle but maybe his character might bring harm to the FL. This is my theory tho.

why would it be an issue tho? netflix is just a streaming platform after all. An initially Sold Out on You is not supposed to air along with this drama according to a schedule released earlier this year. It got delayed almost 3 weeks from its initial planned date.

but in a way it’s a happy ending tho albeit in a darker form 😃. Mijeong finally to break free from her shell, Yohan actually did something meaningful in his life that align with his belief. For Gyeongreok, at least he did confess and reconcile with Mijeong at the end of his life. It’s satisfying enough I would say. He left with little to no regrets at least.

this is just my own interpretation but I hope it will be helpful. The native analogy is to assume that Gyeongrok didn’t die, but instead he’s somewhere far aways. They’re treating his death as a momentary thing instead of an eternal longing.

I don’t think so. I think he died from the bus crash. The story of him surviving the accident and losing his memories and proceed to regain it later on is just part of Yohan’s imagination. Cuz in Yohan’s mind, the couple deserve a happy ending in fictional setting at least.
