Manifesting some special episodes plssss 🙏 I love both CPs…The first CP ended nicely but we need some beautiful closure for SWL & GT…This ending is too rushed. I read the novel and glad we at least get a hug for SWL & GT. Still, I want to see they talk out their misunderstanding & SWL need to spend some time with Lele.

Seriously, they should at least include the scene from the special chapter where SWL was asking GT for one more kiss and Xiao Lele was eavesdropping on GT & SWL and said his name might change to Shen Lele soon….That would have been a complete ending for both CPs

SWL…I love you when you keep your mouth shut. Don’t hurt my baby Gao Tu with your nonsense (at least he realized now that he didn’t mean to those things). The man is just super jealous of GT’s nonexistent omega. I can’t blame him too much though because SWL really trusts that GT is a beta. He trusts GT so much and never doubts him when all the signs are literally screaming in his face! HY needs to give SWL more hints because he won't be able to figure this out himself. The man is too dense! Can’t wait to see when SWL realize everything…this will all come back to bite him! Can’t wait for SWL chasing arc! It’s long overdue…I’m waiting for all the groveling & confession. The drama better do this couple justice because the novel definitely didn’t…

I think the father part may still happen since they already mentioned him in the earlier ep…But I wish they show SWL beating that scum up for his GT

I really wish the series change the part about Gao Tu running away with the help of another alpha. I want to see Shen Wenlang being there for him and dealing with the scum dad…And of course all the groveling & begging for forgiveness.

I’m glad the series added more detail/screen time for the 2nd CP. Hope they don’t rush at the end cuz I just love the 2nd CP…Seriously, they had me hooked from the start despite their cluelessness 😅

I think when he dropped that whiskey glass in ep 10…it symbolized Tada’s death…then the time reset.

Does WS & WZ have their own book/story? I finished reading the novel and sensed some romantic undertones between these two…Both in the series & novel, WZ seems to secretly like WS who hasn’t realized it yet…I need some confirmation or closure if there are more to their story.

Ep 15 - ML finally divorced his 3 other wives
Ep 19 - FL fell off the cliff…ML discovered about her poison & past
Ep 20-23 = Amnesia parts…I don’t think the amnesia part is annoying…it’s actually pretty quick since they are focusing more on investigating other things
Ep 29 - Jiang siblings reunion
Ep 31 - FL finally confessed her feeling
Ep 33 - MWY died & Meng’s family fell
Ep 34 - ML’s identity revealed & cleared his family’s name
Ep 36 - A bit rushed but HE…The 4th prince & ML’s sister and FL & ML survived 😊

Contrary to many comments, I actually like this drama…The chemistry is good & Liu Xueyi’s acting never disappoint! Also, I even like the 2nd half that most ppl complained about 😂 Yes, the 2nd half is a bit cliche, but I love a dedicated & simp ML. So if you’re hesitating, you should just watch a few eps and judge by yourself since everyone has different preferences.

Some spoilers below:

The kissing was a “dare” while they were drunk…It doesn’t really justify it but it’s in the range of what CC & GCY would do while drunk. The series kinda briefly mentioned it when WS told them in ep 16 “dare you to kiss” and they did.

GCY briefly mentioned that CC & WS were fighting a lot in their 3rd year so CC was out drinking with GCY a lot. CC would just call out GCY name as a habit since they were drunk together and there was only GCY there so who else would CC call.

I agree with you…Unfortunately, we’ll have to be patient and wait until next week for their reconciliation. Wei Wei better confess his feeling and they need to communicate better. But Wei Wei is kinda like many ppl irl who always say the opposite of what they actually think…The drama lol

Given the pacing, they will likely reconcile in ep 20
