imo, Jay was testing if Sun was the rabbit guy from 5 yrs ago. Jay got a little suspicious/felt familiar when Sun threw the coins so now he wanted to test if Sun can fight since the rabbit guy was a great fighter.
10/10 considered it’s a pretty short drama & Quite enjoyable to watch.
The plot is ok…Both leads are smart and strong, no stupid misunderstanding, no breakup, and satisfying ending. ML is quite protective and they have great chemistry. Well, that’s pretty much what I ever asked for in a drama.

Actually, I started to read the manhwa after I finished binging the series the first time to see how close it was.
We all have different tastes so that’s ok 😊 What I actually like more than the nc, was the tiny shoulder kiss and hug afterward…Jay just seems so smitten and I can feel the love/obsession lol The funny thing about safe sex practice…I didn’t notice it at first until I watched Minlee’s & Toptap’s reaction to ep 9. In the beginning of ep 9 if you look closely at the night stand, they actually showed the condom packages lol I would never catch that if the comments didn't mention it 😂
After binging the whole series, I felt the revenge was so anticlimactic at first. Then I went for a rewatch and there were some underlying details that I missed, which made this whole journey much more meaningful. In the end, it was more about Sun’s healing and emotional redemption…so Sun can finally let go of his guilt and finally smile and live for his own sake rather than for revenge. Like they said, the best revenge was to live a good life (with a rich & extremely hot boyfriend) 😂😂😂
I wish this series could have had 12 eps so the revenge is more elaborate/satisfying…but it’s still a 10/10 for me. I just couldn’t stop myself from going back and watching the whole thing again and again. Really love Jay & Sun’s relationship and their emotional healing journey…Their intimate scene was so emotional and beautiful…I just can’t with those tiny shoulder’s kisses 🥰 Amazing acting & looking forward to seeing more of their project.

I just completed ep6 and I don't understand Jay. I thought he knew who Sun was. So all this time he was seducing…
From what I understand…Jay got suspicious from the very first episode that Sun was probably the one he was searching for. This suspicions came from the similar behavior of throwing the money/coins. That’s why in ep 2, Jay was attacking him to see if Sun was a good fighter since the rabbit guy was the one who fought off those thugs 5 years ago. Then he kept probing about Sun’s being the bottom for that one time so Jay was like 70-80% sure at that point, which was why Jay kept seducing/forcing him. Then he got his final confirmation in ep 6 with the tattoo.
For the part that Sun was crying during ep 6 nc scene…Per the flashback in ep 6, it seems like Sun recently lost his mother and just scattered her ashes so that’s probably why he was late to the job. Since Sun blamed himself and felt so guilty, he acted like he had no feelings left and he couldn’t cry when his family died. Then he met Jay during their one-night encounter, it seems like Jay was able to bring some emotions out of Sun…that’s why he was crying and releasing his sadness during their sex scene. Jay also noticed and seemed a little concerned but he didn’t ask since he also had his own problem (which they revealed in ep 10 why his arm was broken) and Sun was just a stranger to him at that point. IMO, I feel that scene is pretty emotional as Jay was the one who can trigger some feelings in Sun and that’s also why Sun asked him to make him cry in ep 8.
I feel like their scenes together are quite emotional and beautiful…with all those little kisses that Jay did after their nc…IMO, he kinda redeemed himself from all those forcing in the beginning and they did tone him down a lot from the manhwa. I love the series Jay so much more!

I’m usually not a fan of KBL because they are too short but this series is definitely among one of my favorite BLs in terms of plot & chemistry. The best KBL that I’ve watched so far. The angst and chemistry is chef’s kiss 🥰 10/10
The only thing though…Chaeha was an ex-cop and graduated from police academy so he should know some self defense but my boy kept getting hurt like seriously…I’m not really complaining though cuz I like seeing Taeseon shed some tear after all the hateful things he said in the early eps 😂
I wish this series was longer…Don’t want it to end at all!
