Oh no :(( I hope you're feeling better now though, now it took me a few days to reply because I got a cold again! I can't believe it. I'm so sick of being ill :( I hate staying in bed, I get so restless.
I'm sorry the download isn't working for you. I hope you get to see it somehow anyway. My connection is very fragile but I can still download things, even though I can't stream them. It's odd..
Nagase shirtless is good, but not when it feels like fan sevice lol, I can't stop laughing. I need to continue watching that show btw, I haven't felt up for much lately. I haven't heard of any of the ones you mentioned, I will check them out :) No snow yet, it got warm again suddenly! Now it's pretty cold, but not cold enough for snow. :( I'm waiting...
Talking about Nagase, did you watch Tiger & Dragon yet? Nagase's character Tora is my favourite character played by him, and he's sooo sexy :0

Hi! Goodness, I'm sorry I took so long to reply. I had a lot of unpleasantness going on. My cold is a bit better, but it's very stubborn and won't quite leave. Peppermint tea does seem to work on my stomach, I noticed :)
Yes, I really did faint, and always nearly faint when I get an injection or have a blood test taken. :( It's terrible...
Hope you could download it :)) Did you have time to watch it yet? I'm curious about shows Nagase is in, I finished watching Hakusen nagashi (it was ok) and started on Love and Eros (Nagase's character keeps taking off his shirt LOL, it makes me laugh every time. Sure I appreciate seeing him *coughs* but it gets ridiculous after a couple of times, and then all I can do is laugh).
I haven't heard of it, but I tend to not keep up with things... I live in my own world >_>
I hope you're well :))

I like snow too, but I don't like when it's cold, or too hot. Last year we had so much snow, I've never seen so much, and the winter was so long it got depressing in the end. I'll remember to send some to you. It hasn't snowed yet though, but there is frost every morning. :) Snow is yuki in Japanese. Winter is fuyu. I like your username by the way, I guess I should've known you like snow ;) my username means moth in Swedish, because I like moths.
I found that drama for download here: http://www.dramadownload.net/japanese-drama-download/ring-the-final-chapter.html
The links seem to work. I haven't seen it but since Nagase is in it I suppose I will some day :) I don't like gore either, I actually fainted during a biology class in high school when we were watching a film about foetuses...ick.
My weekend was fine, spent most of it nursing my cold (still not better but I have peppermint tea!)

Haha, folding a crane is surprisingly easy though :)) Mm, yes, I have some leftover lentil soup, gonna heat it up now :) It's sooo cold outside, it could snow any day... the sun is shining though so it's pretty nice. How's your weather now? Sad to hear your holiday is over already :( I hope you got loads of rest though. I...I can't watch horror films... *runs off screaming* For me it'd be a good thing if it wasn't scary, lol.
Ah, if you watch GTO, watch the one with Sorimachi Takashi in the lead. Like I said I haven't seen any others but Sorimachi is great :)

I will take it easy, at least it's weekend now so I can rest as much as I want. I'm cooking myself a spicy lentil soup right now :)) GTO is a classic drama about a former bike gang leader who wants to become a teacher. When he eventually gets the chance they give him the worst class of the school, but he wins them over with his unconventional teaching methods. It's fun. :) (It's called Great Teacher Onizuka on here, there is also a newer version of this drama that I haven't seen.) I would like to see kabuki too, I hope we'll both be able to some day! I like origami, but I only know how to fold a crane... You?

My cold got worse and I had to stay in bed ._. I think I'm getting better now but my nose is runny. My throat is better though. Thank you for those tips! I'll try it. I can only drink herbal tea because I'm sensitive to caffeine, it's a shame since I love green tea. I used to buy tasty green tea from Japan but now I can't drink it anymore. :( I'm glad you're having a good holiday. :)) I'm re-watching GTO right now, Sorimachi Takashi is really good in it. Have you seen it? I knew someone who lived a year in Kyoto as an exchange student, she met apprentice geisha on the street once and they were so beautiful. I'd love to go. Also Hokkaido seems nice. :)

Hi! I'm still feeling a bit under the weather, had to run for the bus this morning too and nearly lost my voice D: but I'm surviving. I just finished Strawberry on the Shortcake, it was okay but a bit too sad. I drop things the moment I realise I don't like them, I don't want to waste my time watching stuff I don't like when I have so many dramas on my to-watch list :) I remember forgetting kirin too, even though I love giraffes. Here is a word you might like: fukushuu = revenge. Atama ga itai desu (I have a headache). I hope you're well though and having a good holiday. I'd love to go to Kyoto, yes, in the spring when the cherry trees are blossoming :)
I took a break from the historical drama while I have a cold, my head hurts enough as it is without trying to understand that difficult Japanese as well XD
I will put together a favourite actors list soon, I just want to be sure first...

Me too! I'm a re-watcher, if I like something I can watch it over and over again, and I have My Boss My Hero on DVD so I've seen it many times :) It always makes me happy. I haven't seen Outrage, I'll definitely check it out! I'm working my way through my favourite actors' works atm, so many things to watch...
I want to go to Japan and eat their food :(
Yes, you used it correctly :)) Good job! Maybe you already know some of these, but cat = neko, dog = inu, bird = tori, giraffe = kirin.
Well, I have another cold, even though I just recovered from a cold recently, so I'm going to get cosy with a cup of tea, some chocolate and the second episode of Strawberry on the Shortcake :)

For me, Tiger & Dragon is a 10 :) I have realised lately that I like shows with yakuza for some reason... but I like them to have humour, I don't like shows without humour. I need to laugh :) Try starting with words for things around you! Wall = kabe, chair = isu, floor = yuka, window = mado. :)) Good luck!
I love Japanese food but I never get the chance to eat it. You? I am happy to see more Japanese/Asian food stuffs in the shops now though, maybe soon I will be able to cook Japanese food at home :) (I try already to cook from Japanese recipes from cookpad.com, but I'm always missing important ingredients...)

You're welcome, hope you like the show! I remember starting learning Japanese with simple words, like chair and bird and things like that. I find it difficult to start immediately with sentences, I want a small vocabulary first, but please do what you think will work for you. :) Japanese is an exciting language to study, I really want to master it someday. That's great news! Finally! I hope you have a great holiday, but it's true, they pass much too quickly. I usually end up being lazy and do nothing... :( but rest is good too?
Ikebukuro West Gate Park was amazing, I don't score my dramas because I find it too difficult and feel unhappy with the score I give, but it's probably a 9. My new profile pic is from that show, he's so lovely (but I think we've established that before) :))

I always type the longest comments, I'm so sorry! I'm quiet in real life but I sure know how to type ;)

Yes! I saw him as L and was really amazed. L was my favourite Death Note character so I was worried about who would play him in the live action but it turned out great :)) I actually downloaded Norwegian Wood last night because of him! Haven't watched it yet though. Do you download dramas or stream them? I always download because my internet connection dies when I stream things. I found the Tiger & Dragon special here:
http://doramax264.com/1147/tiger-dragon/
And yes, I found all episodes of Taira no Kiyomori on the same site, but I don't think all of them have been subbed. Luckily there seems to be Japanese subtitles, so I can watch them anyway (with some difficulties, obviously o_o good practise though, I suppose...).
I thought the second Mukodono series seemed meaner than the first :( but I've only seen one episode. I will also continue watching it slowly...

So sad to hear that, your holiday better hurry up! I'm very interested in Japanese historical dramas but I usually stay clear of series with more than 12 episodes, since I'm afraid to get bored and quit halfway through... but I finally decided to watch one and it's great so far (I've only watched two episodes, though). I chose it because of Matsuyama Kenichi, I'm becoming a huge fan of his. :) How is Mukodono 2003 going? I've still only watched the first episode :/

I love Japanese music but I mostly listen to underground bands, new wave, industrial and weird stuff. Two of the more famous bands I like are Buck-Tick and Dir en grey. Sometimes I listen to Tokio too (Nagase's fault, obviously) but I haven't heard all of their work. So far I haven't been able to find any Korean music I like, which saddens me. :( I actually don't watch anime at all, I'm all for dramas!

Ahh, I had an Italian English teacher in college who wanted me to take Italian (but I took art instead, lol). Good luck with the Italian, it's difficult learning on your own but I'm sure you can do it :)) I've been studying Japanese for 8 years, but I still have so much to learn. I learn on my own too. I also have a book about learning Korean, but it seems difficult so I never got started. Japanese alphabet isn't that hard, but kanji is difficult especially trying to remember how to write them by hand... I can read much better than I can write. :( Recently I nearly signed up for a course in Greek but in the end I couldn't attend. Languages are fun though :) Do you listen to Japanese or Korean music? I find it easy to learn from music; memorising words from the lyrics, singing along and so on.

I love rain too :) It's suddenly very sunny here, after raining for a while, but it's a bit chilly. I hope it won't snow yet for a while. I suffered through Mukodono too lol! There are some fun scenes but it drags a lot and gets too lovey-dovey in places, ugh. Last night I re-watched Densha otoko, so I took a break from Hatachi no koibito. I haven't seen Densha otoko since 2006, it was fun to watch it again now that I know a lot more Japanese! Are you studying any language? :)

Hi! I hope you feel better and get your holiday soon :) I feel better now, got lots of rest over the weekend. Kurosagi is about a swindler who swindle swindlers! I started watching Hatachi no koibito today and realised one of my favourites Tsukamoto Takashi is in it, it's quite funny too :) What are you watching lately?

I feel like I've caught a cold :( the weather is bad here right now, windy and rainy and really cold. Where are you from? I hope your weather is better, and that you get more time to watch dramas. :) I haven't heard of that one. I watched Kurosagi over the weekend, I've been meaning to watch it ever since it first aired but never did... I enjoyed it though :)

I like both Personal Taste and Iljimae so far :) I saw Lee Jun Ki first in The King and the Clown and really liked him. I'll check out Arang and the Magistrate, especially if it has Lee Jun Ki! I can't remember much about Otomen except that I was disappointed by it. If I remember correctly it picked up after a few episodes, but it was still only ok (imo). But watch it anyway and see what you think :)

When you watch Tiger & Dragon, make sure to watch the special episode first ;) I didn't and was confused because the rest of the show takes place after the special. I prefer Japanese dramas but sometimes I watch Korean ones, I have Iljimae and Personal Taste on hold at the moment. I like comedies, particularly ones about guys (not being shallow and man crazy, lol, I just don't like shows about girls).

My Boss, My Hero was one of my first dramas so it's special to me :)

Aah Tiger & Dragon! It's sooo much fun, I hope you'll like it :)) I feel like watching something a bit lighthearted right now so I'm re-watching My Boss, My Hero. Always fun!
